Risen 2 Dark Waters: The Hunt

Quest giver: Motega [#1]

This quest is part of: The Hunter's Curse

Talk to Motega - the hunter you'll find in one of the houses. He'll tell you that he has been punished by Mara and has too look at the beast he cannot kill for all eternity - the Silverback. Since you'll need the ghost's help (see: The Skull Sceptre), you can help him slay the monster. Go with him to a cave [#2] and then to where the beast lives [#3]. When you reach your destination and talk to the Native, the quest will be activated and immediately completed. Notice that you don't need to hunt the Gorilla to complete this quest - if you kill him first and talk to the man afterwards, you'll still finish it.

Note! If you killed the Silverback first and only then met with Motega (before accepting The Hunter's Curse), the quest won't be triggered at all!

Rewards:
