The Last Guardian: Solve the chain puzzle in the chamber with suits of armor

Tap buttons corresponding to the ones appearing on the screen

Walk towards another big chamber, where Trico will not want to enter, because of another stained glass pane below the ceiling. This is not the only problem, though, because there are two suits of armor here. One of them is armed with a spear, whereas the other one wields magic. This one can weaken you at a distance and as a result, make it difficult for you to move around. Try to react to this type of attacks and every now and then "clear the screen" of the symbols appearing above his head, by pressing corresponding buttons on the gamepad.

This is where you can climb onto a ledge up above

Jump down to a lower level, get around the opponents (if you are caught, wriggle out by pressing all buttons on the gamepad) and head towards the more distant left corner. You have to grab on to the edge here and, after you climb higher, jump to the ledge above you.

First, hold on to the chain and dash towards the wall

In here, there is a chain that ids connected with the puzzle here. It may be a bit troublesome to figure out what to do, so take the following steps. Note that the chain is attached to the movable mechanism under the ceiling, as a result of which, it can be moved around the chamber, to a certain extent. Grab on to the chain, by holding down Circle button (do not climb up the chain!) and run towards the wall first.

Now, turn back and start running in the opposite direction, i.e. to the spot in which you entered this chamber. Do not release the Circle button, thanks to which the boy will automatically jump onto the chain, after he touches to the edge (shown in the above screenshot).

If you gained sufficient momentum, the chain will move close enough to the ledge with the stained glass pane. Quickly, climb up the chain a bit and lean back. After you get as close to the ledge as possible, (as shown in the above screenshot), jump towards the ledge.

Push the stained glass pane off and it will smash. Thanks to this, Trico will be able to deal with suits of armor

You can now approach the stained glass pane and start pushing it over, as a result of which it will smash against the ground. Allow Trico to deal with suits of armor. Remember to soothe him down after the battle.

The lever will let Trico rejoin you

Return to the chain. This time, do not move it and climb up over it. Reach the balcony up above. There, you find a barrel that you can toss to Trico.

Once again, swing the chain and reach again the spot, where the stained glass pane used to be. Here, you can walk over the damaged railway. Take the first left turn and get down. There, you find a lever that you can use to unblock the gate. As a result of that action, Trico will be able to rejoin you.
