Far Cry 5: How do I get the grenade launcher?

Grenade launcher is one of the rarest weapons in Far Cry 5. Acquiring it can help you complete the game in 100%. Below you'll find a detailed description of how to get the grenade launcher. You can use our method at any stage of the game.

The main reason for acquiring the grenade launcher is to be able to complete the associated challenge. It is shown in the above picture. Killing 10 enemies with a grenade launcher is rewarded with as many as 3 talent (skill) points.

Visit any weapon shop (pistol icon on the map). A shop is located in every major location. For example, you can visit the town of Fall's End in the Holland Valley (after dealing with the cultists that occupy it).

When you reach the shop, select the weapon tab. The grenade launcher is among the recommended weapons on the first list - it's the M-79 Shark Shooter, depicted in the image above. Unfortunately, the grenade launcher is not a cheap weapon. In order to get it you have to spend $9000 or part with as much as 500 bars of silver. The best way to get the money you need is to complete several treasure hunting missions and get rid of the unnecessary loot at the trader's.
