Far Cry 5: How to get magnopulser?

Magnopulser is one of the unique weapons in Far Cry 3, an experimental "alien weapon" that allows you to blow up your opponents with magnetic microwaves. The Magnopulser is not found anywhere in the game world, and it is also initially locked in place by traffickers. The following description informs you how to unlock the Magnopulser in Far Cry 5 and how to use the Magnopulser as a weapon.

Where can you get Magnopulser?

Magnopulser is a reward for completing all the secondary tasks of Larry Parker, i.e. those related to his suspicion of the presence of strangers in Hope County. All these missions start at Parker Laboratories located west of the town of Fall's End in the Holland Valley. The place is shown in the attached screenshot of the map. The tasks that have to be completed are the following:

1. Free Larry - switch off the power supply.
2. The Hero's Journey - climbing to the top of the tower and destruction of satellite dishes.
3. Close Encounters - finding alien objects.
4. Out of This World - connecting to the transformer.

You will find the Magnopulser just after you have completed the last task Out of This World. It will lie on the ground in the place where Larry "evaporated" it, as shown in screenshot 1.

From now on, you can also collect these weapons from the dealers marked with the pistol icon on the map. Magnopulser is among the unique weapons in the last tab (check picture 2).

Short Magnopulser Manual - How to use Alien weapon?

The Magnopulser releases projectiles in the form of magnetic microwaves. If the attacked enemy was not able to withstand the attack, and if the attack was made within a short distance, the attacked character may explode.

If you have attacked a stronger enemy (e.g. in armor or bear, bull or bison), or if the attack was made from a greater distance, it can only be pushed or knocked down to the ground. Also from this type of attacks you can gain a lot - after a quick switch to other weapon you can quickly kill the knocked down enemy.

The Magnopulser has unlimited ammunition, but too frequent firing of bullets can lead to overheating of the weapon. Observe the bar in the corner of the screen and try to avoid this type of situation.
