Yes, there is one. You can watch it still during the Prologue. Similar thing was available in Far Cry 4, where you could also watch a hidden ending before the campaign has actually started for good. Below, we have provided steps to take, if you want to watch the secret ending in Far Cry 5.
You can unlock the hidden ending during the very first mission The Warrant, where you reach the camp of the cultists with the Sheriff, for the first time, when you want to arrest Seed.
Follow your allies into the church where there is Joseph Seed. After one of the cutscenes, you will be commanded to cuff Seed, which has been shown in the above screenshot. Do not arrest him and DO NOT press the button displayed on the screen. Ignore your companions urging you to do anything. After some 2 minutes, the hidden game ending will play automatically.
