Far Cry 5: Wrath (the second mission related to taking over) in Holland Valley

Wrath is the second of three story missions in Far Cry 5 related to taking over Holland Valley. The mission starts automatically when you reach the airport while chasing John Seed. Completing this mission will enable you to murder John Seed and reach his bunker. Full walkthrough for this mission can be found below.

Shooting down John Seeds plane

You must chase down John Seed who is escaping in a plane. Fly to the air, towards your opponent's machine. The yellow bar of Seed's plane energy is displayed in the upper left corner of the screen. Shoot at him with the main cannon. Don't shoot with too long series because you can overheat the weapon. Your objective should be to deplete one of the lower bars shown in the picture.

While shooting at John Seed you must watch out for his attacks. Dodge to the sides and perform other defensive maneuvers when he is flying at you or when he is chasing you.

Murdering John Seed

You must keep attacking John Seed's plane until his health bar depletes. Then John will catapult and use a parachute.

Important - There is an alternative way to finish the air battle. It might happen that you crash in the air with the machine controlled by John. In that case you don't need to keep depleting his health bars.

If you have taken parachute as it was recommended before, jump from the plane and land somewhere near John. If you don't have it, quickly find a hill or a road in the area and land the plane there.

In the last part of this mission you must reach John who is escaping. If you landed nearby, you will quickly reach him. Otherwise you must participate in a longer chase (steal a vehicle if needed). Shoot him a few times with any weapon to finally take him down.

Walk towards John's corpse and you will obtain a bunker key. Soon after that the game will unlock a new story mission the Quality of Mercy. Although the game will rush you, you don't need to start it immediately. Now you can meet with your allies in Fall's End.
