An economic real-time strategy game inspired by the cult series The Settlers and developed by studio Games Foundry. The action of Folk Tale takes place in a not very serious fantasy realm and the player assumes the role of a ruler who must lead his not very bright subjects to prosperity. During the game, player improves the economy of the kingdom, obtains resources, expands the villages and fills the vault with gold. One can also start risky journeys to very cold realms, active volcanoes and mysterious swamps. What’s interesting, at any point of the game the player can switch from a traditional RTS view to first-person perspective and look at his empire from up close. The game includes a subject-development system and religious system. It is possible to win the game in several ways: by focusing on technology development, economy or military expansion.

Thanks to efficient cooperation, the team develops the kingdom and gradually fortifies it. The aim of the game is to defend enemies from attacking hordes of enemies or to destroy their seats.

An action MOBA game developed by the Turkish developer Han Studios. The story is set in a post nuclear world where there is an ongoing fight for resources and forcing ideologies on others. Mech Wars has three factions that are competing with each other: the Alliance that occupies the biggest cities, the Resistance that lives in the deserts and the mysterious Unknown that occupies the most polluted, forbidden areas. The players can control one of the sides of the conflict and the basics of the gameplay are typical for MOBA games. The focus is on fights between players that are accompanied by their support units. Besides that, the players can also find interesting mechanics such as extensive crafting and equipment modification system that allows them to not only produce items and upgrade them but also to transfer special attributes of certain items. Factories that produce AI controlled armies are another interesting aspect. During matches those factories can be either destroyed or taken over.
Novus Aeterno

A science-fiction MMORTS game created by the independent studio Taitale Studios. Novus Aeterno is set in a huge galaxy that centuries ago was ruled by five great empires; although periods of war were mingled with periods of peace, it had a positive influence on the economy and technological development. As a result of a great catastrophe however, the old order of things collapsed - huge motherships with survivors hibernated on-board became the only remnants of the old civilization. The player assumes the role of a Consul of one of said empires, and their goal is to rebuild the strength of their nation. Mechanics-wise, Novus Aeterno is based on the fundamentals of classic MMORTS games, though it does not divide the experience into sessions, instances, matches, or closed maps. Instead, everything happens in a constantly evolving universe, where the players have complete freedom of action and compete against one another only where and when they want to.

Computer Tycoon is an economic strategy game developed by Hungarian studio Progorion. The game enables the player to manage a company that participates in the IT revolution. The game starts during the 70s of the twentieth century. The player creates a small business focused on constructing personal computers. They must design the devices; decide about various functions and options; manage hardware production, distribution and marketing. They must also invest in new technologies, operating systems, applications, games and services. After some time they can expand outside the home market and become present in other countries. The game is quite realistic and enables the player to discover various interesting facts from the history of the industry. The game can be played until year 2034 and in the final years the tune switches to science fiction. The final objective is to reach the advancement level of a technological singularity before the competition does it.

The 4X turn-based strategy in science fiction reality, referring to the classics of the genre. The Polish team IdeaLcenter from Katowice is responsible for its creation. In M.O.R.E. the player's task is to explore the galaxy, develop their own empire and expand, often requiring the use of military force. The gameplay is based on several elements typical for the genre, within which we review our domains, conduct research on technology development, manage the heroes on our side or use diplomacy and espionage.

What distinguishes this title from the competing RTSs is the fact that the authors have opted for a first person perspective and the entire fleet is commanded exclusively from the admiral bridge, using on-board equipment and giving orders to other crew members.
