A content-rich expansion for Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, a fourth entry in the series developed by Cyberconnect 2. The plot of the expansion, called Road to Boruto, goes beyond the original manga and animated series, drawing from side entries such as Boruto: Naruto the Movie, a full-length animated movie, and the comic series Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. As a result, we can relive the events that took place after the conclusion of the Naruto Shippuden series, and take control of completely new characters, which are a part of the next generation of ninja warriors (many of them are the children of the well-known heroes). The expansion doesn’t change the game mechanics in any way, focusing on introducing a new storyline and previously unknown characters such as titular Boruto (son of Naruto) or Sarada (daughter of Sasuke and Sakura). Aside from that, the Hidden Leaf Village received new locations to explore.

A 3D fighting game by Japanese studio Cyberconnect2, based on the popular manga and anime series by Masashi Kishimoto, and a sequel to the Naruto: Ultimate Ninja series for PlayStation 2 and PlayStation Portable. Like in the previous installments, the gameplay focuses on one-on-one (or rather three-on-three) battles, and you can choose from a variety of familiar characters, possessing different fighting styles and special abilities, and from a range of large arenas. Before each fight, you pick a team of three warriors: the leader that you control directly and to AI-controlled companions, which allows you to perform spectacular combo attacks. Unlike its predecessors, Ultimate Ninja Storm features slightly altered mechanics: the characters can move all over the arena, and the camera adapts to their position. Apart from the more classic battles, the game also features a story mode, which consists of over 100 missions based on the anime series.

The story was divided into three chapters and it tells about the further adventures of characters known from the previous entries in the series. There are also new characters like Hibiki Kohaku, Naoto Kurogane and Hades Izanami. The gameplay is faithful to the roots of the series – BlazBlue: Central Fiction focuses on duels fought in two-dimensional environment. A special version of Distortion Drive called Exceed Accel is a novelty in the series – it allows the character to deal enormous damage. There is also the Active Flow mechanism that activates when a player plays very aggressively – it provides stronger attacks and faster Burst regeneration. Arcade Mode and Multiplayer are the main modes of the game and they are accompanied by Speedstar Mode (the objective is to defeat a specific number of opponents in limited time) and Alliance Mode (team battles in which the defeated opponents can join player’s team).

Each of the fighters has a separate health bar.
