Dark Messiah of Might & Magic was created by then-unknown development team at Arcane Studios (who later became famous thanks to the Dishonored series) for Ubisoft, who bought the rights to the IP from its previous publisher, 3DO. In Dark Messiah of Might & Magic you assume the role of Sareth, a young apprentice to the wizard Phenrig, whose mission is to prevent the coming of the eponymous Dark Messiah into the realm of Ashan. As you are exploring 12 vast locations and follow the main questline, you will fight various enemies, such as orcs, goblins, trolls, and even dragons. The authors put much emphasis on creating realistic swordplay and offered players about 40 weapons as well as several dozen offensive spells. Moreover, gameplay has been enriched with RPG elements, meaning that the protagonist gains experience and learns new abilities and spells over time. Apart from the story-based single player campaign, Dark Messiah of Might & Magic offers multiplayer for up to 20 players.

The main protagonist of the game is our old acquaintance, a psychic named Raz, who specializes in trips to other people's minds. Invited to the headquarters of the eponymous secret organization, employing people with psychic talents from all around the world, he discovers that the group is in serious trouble and it is up to him to rescue them. In Psychonauts 2 we observe the action from a camera placed behind the hero, and the game consists primarily of exploring the world, avoiding traps and obstacles, and fighting enemies. The game is particularly focused on arcade elements, but there are also a great many of clever puzzles and a good deal of secrets to discover. During the game the protagonist learns and develops new psychic abilities, which allows him to deal with increasingly difficult challenges.

In the game the player assumes the role of a dragon slayer who gains the ability to transform into a dragon himself. This enables him to fly and use various dragon abilities. Contrary to the previous entries in the series, Ego Draconis is a third-person perspective action RPG focused on combat. The player can use various melee weapons and spells. Because the game is a RPG, a large part of the gameplay consists of speaking with encountered characters and completing main and side quests. The players' decisions can impact the story and define the way other characters think about them.

Even though the majority of aliens have been crushed, the remnants are still hiding in the underground tunnels while Rustlung – a mysterious, fatal disease – spreads among humans. Soon after Locust implement a new technology allowing them to produce cave-ins that can swallow entire cities. Fenix and his team once again join the war effort with the intention of defeating the enemy once and for all. Mechanics are based on a well-proven formula utilized in the first part of the game. Gameplay focuses on dynamic action emphasizing the cover system. The title introduces a new, easiest difficulty level, new weapons, and a wider variety of enemies and NPCs around which the plot revolves.

Tunic is an isometric action-adventure game. We play as a anthropoid fox who explores a fantasy land full of treasures and monsters. The game's plot is told mostly through pictures and events as most of the lines are written in unintelligible, fictional language. In Tunic, we explore big, partially open maps, gather items, and fight many various enemies, including powerful bosses. Developers created an arcade combat system that allows us to execute various attacks and dodges. A stamina bar gives the game a tactical element (we use stamina for attacks and player-activated techniques). Even though Tunic does not have your typical character progression system, we can upgrade our hero's skills by getting better weapons and equipment. The game uses Unity engine and has eye-pleasing 3D visuals.

Enlisted takes place during World War II. The initial phase of the project is marked by two extensive campaigns released separately: Operation Typhoon (Battle of Moscow), and Operation Overlord (Battle for Normandy), while the next campaigns are in development. The game is a multiplayer-only title, but attempts to create interesting combat objectives, more in the vein of single player games, for groups of players. For example, we are tasked with a swift relocation to strategic positions, or to secure an area before the reinforcements arrive. The game is seen from a first person perspective, but a TPP mode is also available. Enlisted employs the Dagor Engine, used previously in War Thunder. The engine is able to generate large maps with destructible environments, and supports up to 100 players during a single match.

However, in order to get to Elysium, the protagonist needs the codes that are hidden inside the head of his beloved one, Goal. When he tries to obtain them, the girl's psyche splits into three different personalities. In order to save the world, Rufus will have to once again conquer the heart of his beloved, which due to her current state will prove to be almost impossible. Gameplay mechanics of Chaos on Deponia don’t differ from the original game that was released few months earlier. The gameplay consists mostly of exploring, gathering items and solving riddles.

What is also worth noticing, is the multiplayer mode, which allows up to three other players to join one's game.

An FPP horror game, largely based on the rules of the Russian roulette. Buckshot Roulette has us play against a terrifying croupier and instead of the revolver we use a 12-gauge shotgun. There are various items capable of changing the existing rules of the game.

The game takes place in modern-day Salem. We play as the deceased detective Ronan O'Connor who has to solve the mystery of his own death. Murdered: Soul Suspect features a thrilling detective story. Gameplay combines elements of a detective adventure game, action game, and an RPG. The game has dark, grim visuals that emphasize the city's nature after dark. Murdered: Soul Suspect uses Unreal Engine 3.

A spin-off of the popular Might & Magic series by Capybara Games, originally released for Nintendo DS, and later also for PC and the eight generation consoles. It is a combination of logic puzzle games and turn-based strategies with significant plot, and visuals-wise it resembles a jRPG. The story was divided into 5 episodes, during which you have to complete quests, explore the world, talk to NPCs, and, of course, fight enemies. The game focuses strongly on creating and managing your team, consisting of e.g. knights, elves, wizards, necromancers, or tamed demons. It allows you to use various strategies and your troops' special abilities in battle. The single player mode is complemented by an online and a local multiplayer mode, in which your team competes against other players' teams.

Call of Juarez is an FPS by the Polish developer Techland. The game is set in the Old West, and quite unusually, there are two playable protagonists. The first is Billy, a young fellow who is falsely accused of murdering his father; the other one is Ray, a preacher, although his past is questionable and shady. Each of the two characters uses individual set of skills and equipment – Ray is the master of firearms and duels at high noon; Billy, on the other hand, is more agile and prefers sneaking past unaware enemies – he is also very adept at using his line, which allows him to climb seemingly unreachable places. The “business-end” of Call of Juarez is the story campaign, which consists of a number of diversified missions. The game is powered by Chrome Engine, which allowed the devs to create very good graphics. The original soundtrack reinforces the atmosphere.
