God of War Ragnarok: How to restore health?

Automatic health restoration

Your health in GoW Ragnarok can restore itself automatically if you've taken extremely minor damage. If your health drops extremely low, however, you'll regain some of it by avoiding combat for a while.

Healthstones

While exploring God of War Ragnarok's world you'll frequently come across Healthstones which will heal you a bit on use. You'll find them scattered throughout the map, but they can also be dropped from smashed objects or by defeated enemies.

Spartan Rage

When Kratos enters Spartan Rage he can restore his health by attacking enemies. This is a very useful feature which can save your life in a critical situation.

Valor

Valor is a skill unlocked later on during GoW Ragnarok's storyline. Activating this skill lets you spend Kratos's rage points to regain health.
