Elden Ring in New Screenshots and Revealing Gameplay

FromSoftware has released a handful of new screenshots from Elden Ring. A spoiler-filled gampelay footage from the recent testing has also appeared online.

The long wait is slowly coming to an end - Elden Ring will debut exactly in eight days. Until then we have to settle for some new screenshots, which were published today on the game's twitter account.. You can see them below. Moreover, we found out that - just like Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - the PC version of the game will run at a maximum of 60 fps. As a consolation, the developers promised to add ray tracing after the launch. And if you're not afraid of spoilers, I invite you to read the rest of the news.

SPOILER ALERT

Both the footage and the text below contain spoilers from the upcoming game by FromSoftware. So if you want your first contact with this title to be as fresh as possible, you'd better refrain from reading further and watching the video.

Those for whom static images are not enough will not leave unsatisfied as a video by YouTube user Silver Mont is available. He published a fifteen-minute gameplay from Elden Ring, on which we can see some new locations and monsters. He also talks a lot about his six-hour experience with the game, including a place called Roundtable Hold (the equivalent of Firelink Shrine from Dark Souls III).

As a reminder, the release of Elden Ring will take place on February 25. The game will launch on PS4, PS5, XOne, XSX/S and PC. The system requirements to run the game on the latter platform can be found here.
