Gamescom Awards 2019 Winners - Triumph of Sony and Dreams
The Gamescom Awards 2019 have been awarded. Sony has the highest number of reasons to be satisfied - its games have won three awards. Ubisoft will leave Cologne with two awards.
Yesterday evening the opening ceremony of gamescom 2019 took place. Although we were mainly excited about trailers and game presentations, they were not the only attractions. Gamescom Awards 2019 were also awarded during the course of the event. Sony has been a big winner of these event. Dreams from Media Molecule studio (creators of LittleBigPlanet) won two statuettes - for the most original game and the best production on PlayStation 4. Concrete Genie, another position under the care of the Japanese giant, won the award for the best family title.
Ubisoft has no reasons to complain, either. Their Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint was recognized as the best PC game and Roller Champions as the most interesting sports production.
Below you will find a full list of games awarded with this year's Gamescom Awards. It is worth remembering, however, that this is not the end of the attractions. On August 24, i.e. this Saturday, the winners will be announced, among others, in the audience voting.
