Stellar Blade: How to beat Democrawler and Demogorgon?

You will encounter two boss battles - Democrawler and Demogorgon - at the end of the main mission, Eye of the Hurricane, played in the Spire 4 region in Stellar Blade. This guide page describes how to defeat the Democrawler in the Central Core and how to eliminate the massive Demogorgon in outer space.

How to get to Spire 4?

1. You will arrive at the Central Core in the final stage of the journey through the Spire 4 region as part of the main mission Eye of the Hurricane. The boss Democrawler is here.
2. There are a total of 2 fights to be fought one after the other. Fortunately, only the first battle (with the Democrawler) is a full-fledged boss fight.

How to defeat the Democrawler?

1. As always, perform flawless parries in response to the boss's regular or red attacks. Also seek out every chance to unleash all of your unique special attacks.

1. It can be challenging because some sequences of the boss's red attacks may end with a blue attack, so you need to be prepared to react by using Blink. The monster can also launch a purple attack and then you should perform a Repulse (down cross circle).

1. At some point in the fight, the boss will get a melee weapon. From now on, the Democrawler can also launch troublesome yellow attacks with it - execute a perfect dodge or move away from the boss in advance.

1. The Democrawler can fire energy beams. Dodging to the side is the common reaction, and you can also approach the boss, take cover under the stream, and start attacking the Democrawler right away.

1. The above strategy won't be effective against the emergence of circles in the arena - these are places bombarded with energy. Run around the area and avoid any contact with the circles.

1. You must finish off the defeated boss by pressing L1 and completing the QTE.

How to defeat the Demogorgon?

1. You will engage in this battle right after defeating the Democrawler and finding yourself in outer space.

1. Demogorgon is a massive creature that wraps around the orbital station. You have to finally deal with it.

1. Wait for the animation of the large weapon used by EVE to finish loading. Aim for the Demogorgon's eyes, which are marked with red exclamation points. It's important to hold R2 because EVE must fire a charged ranged attack each time.
2. After destroying all the eyes, a cutscene will be triggered, showing the creature being killed and returning to Earth. The scene doesn't contain any additional button sequences.
