Expedition 33: How to teach the troubadour to play?

At the beginning of Act 2 in Expedition 33, you can come across a quarry, a small, optional location, where a friendly Troubadour awaits you. He will ask you for help. On this guide page, we explain how to teach the troubadour to play.

How to complete the troubadour sequence?

You will find the troubadour in the quarry, an optional area to the east of the exit from the Forgotten Battlefield. He will ask you to teach him how to play. Learning will take the form of a fight - you cannot attack, only parry. The troubadour will be firing series of musical orbs. You need to dodge the red orbs and let the green ones hit you. The whole learning process consists of three trials.

1. Trial 1 - red, green, red, green.
2. Trial 2 - red, green, green, green, red, green, red, red.
3. Trial 3 - green, green, green, red, red, green, red, red, red, red, green, green.

After completing the trials, talk to the troubadour again to receive the Healing Parry Picto - each successful parry will heal the character by 3% of their health.
