Exploration in Expedition 33 doesn't really hold you by the hand. Players can easily end up in places they are not yet ready for, which the game indicates with a useful message. On this page of the guide, we explain what the Danger message means.
What is the Danger warning?
Danger in Expedition 33 is a warning that may appear when entering various locations on the continent map. You can recognize it even before it pops up, as entrances to dangerous locations glow red. Danger means that your team's level is currently too low to handle the enemies there. Although nothing prevents you from entering the area anyway, the first enemy you encounter will probably wipe the floor with you.
Return to such locations from time to time - it becomes easier the more Esquie skills you unlock (they are unlocked during the main storyline). If you are already strong enough to handle the area, the entrance will glow white or yellow, and the Danger sign will not be displayed.
