Dying Light The Beast: Is there a respec?

As you progress in Dying Light The Beast, you unlock many different skills, but not every choice may turn out to be optimal for you. Is there a respec in Dying Light The Beast?
Unfortunately, there is no option to reassign skills in the game. Moreover, when Kyle Crane gains a new level, there is no way to manually increase his statistics or attributes. You only receive 2 skill points to spend - health and stamina increase automatically.
