The only hope to defeat them lies in the electrical machines created by a genius scientist, who's also the protagonist.

Stifled bases the exploration mechanics on the original concept of use of echolocation – as they spread, sound waves reveal the layout of rooms and shapes of objects around you. Along with his companions, Robert has to stop the wrongdoer, through finding the titular, Last Wind Monk.

His only companion is a mysterious voice from the radio. The creator of Inmates focused on creating the feeling of terror, strengthened by disturbing scenes witnessed by the protagonist.
