The protagonist is the son son of the famous professor Abraham Van Helsing (the vampire hunter from Bram Stoker's novel), who is asked by his father to travel to Eastern Europe to free the people of Borgovia from the tyranny of the mad scientist Fulmigati. When he's fighting hordes of rats, goblins, and mechanical soldiers, he's supported by Borgovia's mythical creatures.

Soon it turns out that the whole land is in great danger.

Players take on the role of elite warriors, called to fight against the spreading evil. Gameplay boils down to exploration and conversations with NPCs who give us further tasks.

The game takes place in the village of Utaka, a half-open location, where you can meet NPCs, receive quests, etc.
