The game is set in a distant future and the player's goal here is to establish an efficiently working network of space colonies, on behalf of Blackwater Industries. The mechanics present combined elements of strategies and simulation games, such as The Sims.

A remastered version of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, a game initially released in 2006 on GameCube and Wii consoles. The new version was developed by Australian studio Tantalus, which specializes in converting popular titles to various gaming platforms. Similarly as in most other installments in the series, the main character is a young man named Link, who begins a new journey, this time to help the children kidnapped from his village by monsters.

A remake of the action platformer game Gunstar Heroes from 1993, developed by the Japanese studio M2. The player is taken to a fantasy world where the two main protagonists (Gunstar Red and Gunstar Blue) fought Golden Silver, a sinister robot. Neutralization of the antagonist was possible thanks to the heroes hiding away the four diamonds that gave him power.

Gravity Rush (also known in its native Japan under the name of Gravity Daze) is a third-person action game, whose plot is set in Hekseville, a city modeled after towns from 19th and 20th century. We play as a heroine named Kat, who loses the memories of who and where she is. When our protagonist discovers she can manipulate gravitation, she decides to use her power to help the city’s inhabitants, which is constantly being destroyed by powerful gravitational storm.

Those include titles like Sabre Wulf, Knight Lore, Killer Instinct Gold, Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark, Kameo: Elements of Power or Viva Pinata. Sadly, some of their iconic productions, like Donkey Kong, are still owned by Nintendo, and thus they are not included in Rare Replay.

The compilation was created by Bandai Namco, the developers of all the installments in the series. The saga is very popular not only in Japan. Two of the aforementioned productions are famous mostly thanks to their plot that makes them one of the best-scored installments in the series.
