As such, they have to take care of their needs, create relationships between characters and recruit new members for their society. There is also a world to explore, task to fulfill and turn-based battles to fight.
Grimmwood: They Come at Night

A multiplayer survival game with roguelike and RPG elements, in which we play the role of a refugee looking for shelter from monsters in an old village. In Grimmwood, we fight to survive by working together with other players. During the day, we acquire raw materials, craft items and strengthen fortifications, while at night, we repel attacks from the beasts inhabiting the forest surrounding the settlement.

We assume the role of a clone created after the colonization of the Red Planet. There is only one goal – survival. Thea 2: The Shattering is a sequel to the 4X strategy with RPG and card game elements developed by MuHa Games. Thea 2 takes us to the same fantasy land as the previous game, where we will find many inspirations from the Slavic mythology. We play as one of the gods who, with the help of his or her chosen heroes, tries to survive in the land of Thea. In terms of gameplay, Thea 2 is an evolution of the mechanics from the first game in the series.
Lost Region

An independent MMO survival game based on Unreal Engine 4. The action of Lost Region takes place in a desolated world which is slowly taken over by the ravenous nature. The available landmass was inspired by mountainous regions of North America and consists of 64 square kilometers of diversified landscape. The players are left with a number of duties, including combat, resource gathering, completing procedurally-generated tasks, and exploration.

A multiplayer-oriented survival action game developed by the independent developer Frostkeep Studios. In the game, players get to discover a fantastical world torn by war, in which three feuding factions continuously fight one another. Rend also features one additional faction known as the Lost Ones. This faction is unavailable to the players, yet can cause much damage amidst one’s forces. During the game, one’s actions determine the protagonist’s specialty and abilities.
Stationeers

Stationeers is a simulator set on a space station with certain elements typical for survival games. The game has been developed by a small team called RocketWerkz, comprising sixteen people led by Dean Hall - the creator of the original DayZ. In the game, the player assumes the role of a space station manager tasked with constructing and attaching new modules to the station, as well as overseeing the life support systems (e.g. food production and producing a breathable atmosphere).

A MMORPG/shooter hybrid developed by the independent studio Cybertime Systems as an attempt to fill in the void left after the famed S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series. sZone-Online takes us to a post-apocalyptic future, where risky scientific research has caused a worldwide cataclysm. A few generations later, the planet slowly returns to life, with humanity creating special anomaly zones that isolate dangerous mutated beings along with unlucky humans that inhabit the area.

In Down To One, you arrive barehanded in an open world – every tool necessary to survive needs to be found or crafted. Before you get any true weapon, you will have to make do with replacements like planks or rocks. As you progress, the arsenal of your weapons becomes more and more diverse – starting with melee weapons and ending with different kinds of firearms, like shotguns and rifles.

The main goal of the add-on is to transfer the core premise of the original title into cooperative multiplayer gameplay. In the game, we still explore the world, gather food, build a shelter, fight various enemies, and take care of the protagonist’s physical and mental health.

An MMORPG developed by Soulbound. Chronicles of Elyria is set in a fantasy world inspired by the medieval Europe. The game received financial support on the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform. The mechanics combine elements borrowed from the classics of the genre with innovative features.
Hellion

A survival sandbox with space sim features focused on online play. Hellion invites the players to a distant future in which humanity organized an intergalactic colonization mission. Together with a million of other colonizers, the player is sent to a distant star system. After awakening from a decades-long cryogenic sleep, the protagonist finds only ruined space stations and shipwrecks.
Tom Clancy's The Division: Survival

The second paid expansion for Tom Clancy’s The Division, an online action game with RPG elements. Survival, just like the vanilla game, was developed by Ubisoft Massive, a studio experienced with online titles. Similarly to the first add-on, Underground, Survival first debuted on Xbox One and then came out for PC and PlayStation 4 a month later. The Division is a political thriller in which New York is faced with a biological terrorist attack.

Fatigue is a PC-based adventure in which we play the role of a former policeman trying to solve a mysterious murder case. The game is maintained in a climate of horror and offers complex puzzles logic. The game, observed in isometric view, is enriched by survival elements.
Rising World

A survival-oriented sandbox with randomly generated, fully destructible environment, and gameplay based on the famed Minecraft. Rising World takes us to a randomly generated world which can be explored and shaped according to our preferences and without limitations. We begin the game with only a few basic tools, with the initial phase of the game oriented around survival in the wilds. As the game progresses, we start gathering various resources, cut trees, and hunt wild animals.

It is an improved and advanced version of a mobile title The Abandoned. Shadow of Kurgansk takes place in the post-apocalyptic Zone, filled with mysterious military bases and research facilities, weird anomalies and terrifying creatures. The player assumes the role of a survivor of an unknown disaster and is tasked with surviving and finding a way out of this place.
The Other 99

The Order 99 is a first-person action game held in the convention of survival horror, developed as the debut production of Burning Arrow, in cooperation with a somewhat more experienced studio, Deck 13. The events take place on a hostile isle near Scotland. The players control a character who wakes up amidst these unfriendly circumstances, having absolutely no information about the place or the reason for being there.
Life in Bunker

The world in Life in Bunker is procedurally generated and player has access to four underground floors. Thanks to that, as the game progress, the bunker can be expanded not only horizontally, but vertically as well. The people living inside the facility represent one of six professions and have individual character traits.

It was developed by Polish indie studio Anshar, whose members contributed to such titles as Lords of the Fallen or Sniper: Ghost Warrior. The story takes place in the future, in the age of uninhibited deep space exploration. The discovery of a working artifact of an alien civilization resulted in a bloody conflict between two leading corporations.
