As most f the game revolves around multiplayer, we are allowed to join forces with other players while completing tasks or building shelters. The developers have also included a full-scale single player mode.

The task calls, first and foremost, for ensuring the survival of a small society, and then managing its development. The gameplay focuses heavily on reasonable use of resources and methodical care for the player's subjects, constantly threatened by such dangers as hunger, diseases or unfavorable weather conditions (drought, harsh winters, etc.). Along the course of the game, the village grows in size and the gameplay difficulty increases.

The third installment in a series of original action games focusing on spectacular encounters with hordes of murderous zombies. The game was created by the fathers of the franchise - Capcom, though the player assumes the role of a completely new character here - Nick Ramos. As usual, Dead Rising 3 is set in an open environment, in which the protagonist completes a series of different tasks, eliminating entire crowds of zombies along the way. Sophisticated weapons made of various objects found and created on the fly are the hallmark of the series. Both exploration and elimination of enemies are also facilitated by use of different vehicles. In terms of visuals, the third installment presents a more serious art style, though the screen is still dominated by hordes of enemies and gallons of blood. What's important is that the maximum number of enemies that can be displayed on the screen at the same time is now three times larger than before. The graphics fully employ the potential of modern PC hardware and 8th-gen consoles.

The Isle Development Team enabled the player to control creatures like Austroraptor, Carnotaurus, Tyrannosaurus Rex, Gallimimus, Utahraptor, Acrocanthosaurus and Allosaurus. The main and only objective of the game is to survive on an island the size of more than a dozen of square kilometers. Depending on the selected creature, the player must hunt for smaller dinosaurs, hide in bushes from predators etc. In addition to getting food, one must also remember to drink water that might not be easy to find. During the game the player can join other users on the server, create herds and set up ambushes for other beasts. It is also possible to create nests and raise offspring – player’s friends can assume their role. The Isle features high quality three-dimensional graphics. The dinosaurs are well recreated and the island features varied areas.

Additionally, the game features an intuitive crafting system, which allows the player to create simple tools as well as more advanced structures such as a raft or a makeshift hut. High quality graphic design, featuring dynamic weather and a night-and-day cycle, stands out in comparison to other games of this popular genre.

Remake of a unique horror action adventure game from Ice-Pick Lodge, which originally launched in 2005 for PC. Its new version was created according to the developers’ first concept, which was previously impossible to realize in full, due to technological and financial limitations. Pathologic takes you to a small town, whose citizens suffer from a mysterious disease. In order to combat the epidemic the local authorities hire a group of independent individuals, whose task is to stop the spread of the virus before it is too late. All characters work independently from each other and conduct their own investigations. When compared with the original version, Pathologic Remake offers much better graphics, generated by the Unity engine. Emphasis was also put on new quests and plots, better gameplay balance, and improved AI of NPCs, as well as professional voiceover, the lack of which was the biggest fault of the original game.

A post-apocalyptic survival action game created by The Molasses Flood, an indie developer studio that hires several industry veterans who previously worked on such titles as BioShock, Halo, or Guitar Hero. The game’s protagonist is a woman named Scout, who, together with her dog, follows a long river in search of a rescue awaiting at the river’s far end. The game’s world is inspired by typical American landscapes, such as national parks, the Mississippi Delta, or Bayou. In order to survive, you have to acquire food and look out for the protagonist’s health. If she suffers injuries, you have to treat her with bandages and herbs; spending some time in a shelter, where the character can rest and regain strength, would also be a good idea. Gameplay is supplemented with a crafting system, allowing you to combine the items you find into useful tools. Survival sandbox FPP game prepared by the creator of one of the most popular Source engine modifications – Garry Newman and his Facepunch Studios. The game’s universe is inspired by titles like DayZ and S.T.A.L.K.E.R., featuring large open world, where your character struggles for survival. In terms of gameplay mechanics Rust was modeled after sandbox games like Minecraft. The in-game character gets hungry, cold, tired, and in need of shelter, and the primary goal is to provide for his basic needs, which boils down to collecting items and employing the game's advanced crafting system. Depending on your preferences, you can either play alone, focusing on survival aspect, or in multiplayer, where you get to cooperate and compete with other players, motivated by their own goals and needs.
