No Man's Sky NEXT: How to get Cobalt, Uranium and Oxygen?
No Man's Sky contains a lot of raw materials. On this page we have described three of them: Cobalt, Uranium and Oxygen. You can make many items out of each of them, which will be useful during the game.
Cobalt
Cobalt is a resource you can get in No Man's Sky. It is used to drive the machine for portable refinery and to create new devices and equipment. It is useful in the production of ion batteries. Its chemical abbreviation is CO. It can be converted into ionized cobalt.
How to get Cobalt?

Cobalt is mined underground and its largest deposits are located in caves. Cobalt is found in large blue rocks, which must be broken by a laser.
What can I do with Cobalt?
- Ion Battery - Cobalt (25 units) and Ferrite Dust (20 units),
- Ionized Cobalt - Cobalt (2 units).
Uranium
Uranium is a resource you can find in No Man's Sky. It has the chemical symbol of U. Uranium can be used to load jet engines of a spacecraft. This element is also usedl as an ingredient in advanced projects and creation of new equipment.
How to get Uranium?

Uranium is present in radioactive environments. This is a local extract that you will find in large deposits. You can extract it from ordinary minerals or you can obtain it after analyzing some of the raw materials.

Uranium can also be found in Metal "Fingers". There is a 50% chance of uranium falling out and a 50% chance of gold mining.
Local mineral extract, usually found in large deposits or extracted from ordinary minerals after examination by means of an analysis canopy.

Uranium can also be obtained by using a portable refinery machine. To do so, put in the following elements:
- Gamma Root (2 units) and Salt (1 unit),
- Phosphorus (2 units) and Ferrite Dust (1 unit).
What can be produced with Uranium?
- Pyrite - Uranium (2 units) and Ferrite Dust (1 unit),
- 2 Gamma Root - Uranium (2 units) and 1 Gamma root (1 unit).
Oxygen
Oxygen is a resource you can find in No Man's Sky. It has the chemical symbol of O. Uranium can be used to load jet engines of a spacecraft. This element is also used as an ingredient in advanced projects and creation of new equipment.
How to get Oxygen?

You can collect it from plants - Thamium9 or buy it from a galaxy merchant terminal or spacecraft.
What can be crafted with Oxygen?
- Condensed Carbon - Carbon (2 units) and Oxygen (2 units),
- Rusted Metal - Oxygen (1 unit) and Ferrite Dust (1 unit),
- Rusted Metal - Oxygen (1 unit) and Pure Ferrite (1 unit),
- Rusted Metal - Oxygen (1 unit) and Magnetized Ferrite (1 unit),
- Sodium Nitrate - Sodium (2 units) and Oxygen (2 units),
- Ionized Cobalt - Cobalt (2 units) and Oxygen (2 units),
- Pyrite - Gold (1 unit) and Oxygen (1 unit),
- Ionised Cobalt - Marrow Bulb (1 unit) and Oxygen (1 unit),
- Chlorine - Salt (2 units) and Oxygen (2 units),
- Paraffinium - Silver (1 unit) and Oxygen (1 unit),
- Magnetised Ferrite - Platinum (1 unit) and Oxygen (1 unit),
- Radon - Sulphurine (1 unit) and Oxygen (1 unit),
- Sulphurine - 1 Nitrogen (1 unit) and 1 Oxygen (1 unit).
