A first-person perspective action game with platform features, developed by Swedish studio Landfall Games. In Clustertruck the player is tasked with jumping across the roofs of trucks that drive in a convoy. Each level has its beginning and end, and the objective of the game is to complete the whole track without touching the ground. Despite the simple gameplay rules, as the game progresses the objectives become harder and crazier. The player will face many traps like lasers, giant rocks and giant guillotines. Another thing that makes things harder is the fact that the truck drivers are very bad – collisions and accidents happen frequently and cause the vehicles to explode. The player can enjoy the game longer thanks to the level editor and the endless mode in which he can try to survive for as long as possible.

A very ambitious independent game developed by Q Switched Productions. The title combines traits of a space simulator with a strategy game. In Children of a Dead Earth the player assumes the role of an admiral who commands a space fleet. During the series of missions he can see as the Solar System plunges into a civil war. The gameplay is based on two main pillars: constructing space ships and participating in planetary conquests. What distinguishes the game from other similar titles is the fact that the developers ensured that their game is based on up-to-date scientific and engineering knowledge. This can be seen when building ships and equipping them with various modules and while exploring the space in which realistic gravity forces are in work. The game can be played in story mode and in sandbox mode.

A humoristic stunt sandbox that evolved from various tech demos created by Bugbear Entertainment during their works on Next Car Game: Wreckfest. The game is set in a world that is full of various challenges. The sandbox is filled to the brim with intricate tracks which were designed for various vehicles. Since the developers didn't pay attention to realism, the challenges can be sometimes based on crazy rules – players may have to crash a car in a such way that its driver goes through the car's front window and lands in a gigantic mixer. Stuntfest is also fully integrated with Steam Workshop which means that players can create their own challenges and share them with the community – we can also invite other players to join us. The game uses an advanced physics engine that takes into account such things as mass, speed and resistance of all objects; the ragdoll system, responsible for how the in-game models behave, compliments the physics engine.

The add-on utilizes the gameplay mechanics from the core game — you complete a team of heroes and set out to explore the eponymous Darkest Dungeon. Your goal is to find enormous riches, with which you can expand a shabby hamlet, also serving as your base. Like in the original Darkest Dungeon game, the characters of The Crimson Court suffer from typical human ailments — some of them may go berserk, while others may panic when surrounded by darkness. The game places a strong focus on blood, which is a theme connecting the items you find and your enemies. The expansion also marks the first appearance of vampires, creatures with a unique set of characteristics and abilities.

Another installment in the series of dynamical action games traditionally developed by Omega Force. This time the player assumes the role of Yukimura Sanada, one of the more popular protagonists of the series. We follow his story from birth, through the trainings that prepare him to combat, to the civil war and death during the siege of Osaka. The gameplay is similar to the one present in the previous games in the series and is based on battles with thousands of participants. Among the improvements created by the developers there is a selection of game modes – the adventure starts in the “castle city”, a base from which we can not only select playing mode but also participate in various side activities. The main mode of the game is a historical war campaign during which the player has freedom to select tactics and optional objectives. What’s new are the “Long-term Battles” – fights that take many hours and have a day and night cycle. Samurai Warriors: Sanada Maru has high quality graphics provided by the engine created for the fourth main installment of the series.

A continuation to the well-received game The Red Solstice, created by the Ironward studio. Contrary to the original game though, Solstice Chronicles is a typical twin-stick shooter inspired by games such as Alienation or Helldivers. The player's task is to eliminate hordes of enemies, obtaining new weapons and developing the character. The story revolves around a mysterious virus that turns humans into bloodthirsty mutants. A handful of survivors have managed to escape from the Earth and find shelter on the surface of Mars, though many things suggest that the threat followed them. The player's goal is to obtain the medicine and stop the epidemic before it spreads on the entire Red Planet. Four character classes differing in their weapons and skills were included in the game. The player gains access to more powerful abilities when they reach higher character levels. The available weaponry includes rifles which can be acquired at any time, as well as special weapons. The so-called "brutal weapons" are significantly more powerful, but their use is greatly limited. The core of Solstice Chronicles: Missing in Action is the campaign, which can be completed solo, or in the split-screen co-op mode.

Players observe from a top-down perspective how the characters fight off hordes of enemies and utilize a rich arsenal of diverse weaponry. In the game, one assumes the role of one of the seven available protagonists, each featuring a unique set of skills and a number of destructive weapons. On one hand, the game tells a story of the brave warrior Pankapu - as told by a father reading this story to his child, Jaha'rell. The actual gameplay is rooted in that story, for the player assumes the role of said warrior, who was created by the god of dreams in order to eradicate the nightmares invading this world. On the other hand, the player gets acquainted with a dark story of Jaha'rell, though in this case, the player does not have any direct influence on the course of events. In terms of the mechanics, the game is a classic action-platformer, requiring the player to explore subsequent locations, avoid various traps and fight nightmares. Aside from the basic units previously available in the game, the new faction received their own unique soldiers, many of which are mythical units with incredible abilities. The story is again told from a few different perspectives. In addition to well known characters, completely new ones appear in the game. As in previous games developed by this studio, the gameplay focuses on the story and on the necessity to make various decisions that determine the path of current and further episodes. It is possible to import saved games from the first season and decisions made there will impact the game.

A science-fiction strategy game and a continuation to Star Hammer Tactics. The Vanguard Prophecy is set in the 22nd century, when humanity ultimately left the dying Earth in search of a new home in space. However, after reaching the planet Novus, it turns out that fighting will be necessary to settle in this new home. The game offers an extensive campaign comprised of 60 story missions. Apart from the campaign, a single player skirmish mode was included. Mechanics-wise, Star Hammer: The Vanguard Prophecy is a 3D tactical space strategy, but compared to its strictly turn-based predecessor, the game is played in the WeGo system - the player gives orders to their units and observes the effects afterwards in real time, still being able to modify the orders in the active pause mode. Several classes of spaceships are at the player's disposal, offering different weaponry and roles to be fulfilled in combat. Different factors influence the course of the battle, such as reconnaissance, selection of units and tactics, or caring for the soldiers' morale.

Another installment in the popular 3D fighting game series based on the best-selling Japanese comic books created by Eiichiro Oda. The title was co-developed by Namco Bandai Games and Spike Chunsoft studio – the creators of Danganronpa and the Conception series. The plot is not very sophisticated as it serves only as a pretext for the most famous One Piece fighters to engage in duels. The game includes all of the important characters from the original manga. What differentiates this title from series like Tekken is the fact that in One Piece: Burning Blood you can control a team of three fighters that can be switched during battles any time you want. Each character has its own set of moves as well as special attacks, called Logia Moves. The key to success is the correct choice of team members, creating a versatile mix of offensive and defensive abilities.

Once more, the game was developed by the Yuke's studio, working under the aegis of 2K Games, which have been responsible for the series since 2012. However, unlike last year's installment, WWE 2K16 appeared only on consoles. Title features the widest, so far, range of more than 120 characters, among whom there are both present (male and female) wrestling celebrities as well as legends of the sport. Game traditionally provides a large set of updates and fixes. Rebuilt controls, new aiming system that enables us to aim our strikes at any part of opponent's body, and new kinds of props which we can use during combat, are the most notable ones. In addition to the usual MyCareer mode, in which we create our own character and lead him through subsequent stepping stones, the game features a come back of the 2K Showcase mode, in which we recreate the most iconic battles in the history of WWE.

The second installment in a spin-off series created within Assassin’s Creed - one of the Ubisoft’s leading franchise. The game translates the series’ mechanics into a 2.5D side-scrolling action-adventure game. The story is set in 1841, in India. The country is on the brink of open conflict as tensions increase between the Empire of Sikh and the British, who claim rights to Indian territory. With these historical events serving as the background, another ongoing conflict comes to light – the never-ending war of Assassins and Templars. You play as Abraaz Mir, a member of the Assassin Order, who tries to care for the Order’s interests in the times of political turmoil. The game features the characteristic elements of the series, such as spectacular acrobatics, sneaking, melee-combat with guards, and assassinations of targets. The shift in player perspective, however, necessitates a different play style, putting more emphasis on tactical thinking and planning your every step.

The next major installment in a bestselling music game series launched in 2005 by Harmonix studio, who are currently developing a similar series, Rock Band. Returning after a several-year long hiatus, this new installment was developed by FreeStyle Games, who previously created two DJ Hero games. Overall, the gameplay mechanics did not change much, however, this time the game features the view from the guitarist’s eyes, whereas cartoonish characters gave way to authentic musicians and crowds resembling real audience. Guitar Hero Live supports a new version of guitar controller with 6 buttons in two rows, imitating the real instrument even better. As always, the game lets you adjust difficulty level to your skills. Unfortunately, unlike rivaling Rock Band 4, Guitar Hero Live is not compatible with tracks purchased for previous games.
