Depending on their choices, they can become a space merchant, a pirate, a soldier, a bounty hunter, an assassin, an explorer or a miner. The gameplay mechanics are more faithful to the first games in the series than to the newest installments. Many simplifications were removed in favor of mechanics known from X3: Terran Conflict, now improved and upgraded with some novelties. The player can pilot many types of ships that can be freely upgraded and modified. The dynamical game world is constantly shaped by player’s actions.

The game lacks any dialogues and the story is told by using the gameplay and mute cutscenes. As for the mechanics, the game belongs to the subgenre called metroidvania. During the game player explores large, two-dimensional locations that contain many hidden passages, shortcuts, secrets, surprises and action challenges. As the game progresses, player unlocks new abilities of the protagonist that allow him to reach previously unavailable places. Definitive Edition offers 4 completely new locations, new abilities, music tracks and various improvements suggested by fans. Among the latter there are additional difficulty levels and a quick travel system.

The players assume the role of a hero, who is tasked with finding a way to imprison the Titans, who've managed to escape after years of imprisonment, and are now causing mayhem and destruction on Earth. The reedition was developed as a joint venture between the original developers – Iron Lore studio and THQ Nordic. In total, Titan Quest Anniversary Edition contains 1261 changes, including, for example, a better balancing of individual classes, abilities, weapons, and items. Other changes include: a better non-player character AI, greater equipment capacity, or an improved loot system. Aside from that, the game incorporates a large group of new enemies and bosses. The visuals underwent only symbolic changes, but they are still eye-catching, despite the passage of the time.

Gameplay in Children of Morta focuses on exploring procedurally generated levels, collecting items and arcade battles against monsters. This is complemented by a typical character progression system and equipment, with the addition of alchemy and crafting. Despite its old-school formula, the game stands out with its rich, multi-threaded plot and difficult moral choices that affect the story.

The story of Liberty City Stories takes place a few years before the events shown in GTA3, on the streets of the same metropolis. During the game player becomes Tony Cipriani who after coming to the city is caught up in the dirt of corruption, mafia wars, and drug traffic. The objective of the game is to work for the Leone mafia family, increase its influences and build up Tony’s reputation in the criminal underworld. The gameplay of GTA: Liberty City Stories employs the well-received mechanics of the series and offers an open world filled with story missions and side activities alike. As always in the series, there are many vehicles (including motorcycles, motorboats, trains and ferries) and weapons to use. However, due to the limitations of the PSP console, some things were slightly simplified.

FlatOut 2 brings a continuation to a "brutal" racing game developed by Bugbear Entertainment. The original game combined regular racing competition with unlimited destruction - both cars and environmental objects could be damaged and / or destroyed. In FlatOut 2, the creators focused on extending the scope of mayhem the player witnesses, thus the only real challenge the player can encounter in this game constitutes of making it to the finish line in one piece. What's more, the crashes and car damage are visually even more impressive than in the original FlatOut, thanks to the improved graphics and an upgraded engine behind the in-game physics. The game offers 16 fully customizable cars, as well as 8 drivers differing in driving style and attitude towards opponents. FlatOut 2 brings both single player and multiplayer experience, for up to 8 players in the latter case. Additionally, Destruction Derbies were also included, similar to the original game. In Rag Doll events the player will "ski jump" or drive through fiery rings for example.

An arcade simulator of powerful trucks, developed by the experienced Czech studio SCS Software. Unlike the previous games created by this company (Hard Truck and 18 Wheels of Steel series), this title concentrates on European roads and vehicles, which were recreated with minute attention to detail. The gameplay focuses on traveling through Europe and delivering various types of cargo to selected destinations. During the missions the player visits streets of some famous European cities, including Rome, Berlin, Madrid and Prague. The cities feature their characteristic architecture and recognizable locations. The game is powered by the same engine that was used in the previous games developed by SCS, albeit greatly improved. Thanks to that, the routes are longer, the areas are larger and the vehicle models are even more detailed.

The action of Undercover Missions: Operation Kursk K-141 is set aboard the eponymous Russian submarine which went missing under suspicious circumstances in August of 2000. In the game we assume the role of a secret agent whose mission is to detect and capture the leader of a criminal organization that's been stealing Russian weapon systems. When her undercover partner suddenly vanishes without a trace, the protagonist has to board Kursk and gather the necessary evidence on her own before they are both buried on the bottom of the ocean. As far as gameplay is concerned, the title is a classical adventure game in which we visit nearly 50 locations, interact with characters we meet and collect items vital to solving subsequent puzzles. Moreover, we participate in over a dozen mini-games that test our skills and detective sense.

Apart from that, BioShock Remastered offers all the contents of the original release. The player is taken to Rapture - an underwater metropolis where they will fight aggressive mutants and discover the gloomy history behind this extraordinary place. The player explores atmospheric locations, solves environmental puzzles, fights the enemies encountered and develops the protagonist's abilities. The last aspect is linked with moral choices which affect how the entire story ends. In combat, the player makes use of firearms, melee weapons, as well as special powers acquired through DNA modifications.

In addition to single player modes, the title offers multiplayer mode based on Xbox Live.

A mobile turn-based strategy game developed by EA Capital Games, the creators of the web-based Heroes of Dragon age, among other titles. Our task in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is to collect famous characters from the Star Wars universe and fight battles with subsequent opponents. In the game, we create teams of heroes of both the light and dark side of the Force with each of them having different unique attacks and abilities. In addition, the game features a character development system that allows us to increase statistics and skills of our subordinates as well as pick their equipment. The game somewhat resembles classical RPGs, although the gameplay is devoid of story and exploration, focusing solely on combat. In Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, lets us compete against the AI in single player missions and against other players in the PvP mode.

An unusual strategy game and simulation of deadly virus’ pandemic. The production is a complex port of a popular application for mobile devices and has been developed by independent British studio Ndemic Creation. Our task in this game is to create a deadly virus and find a way to spread it around the entire world. Our actions meet with the reaction of authorities trying to stop the development of plague, forcing us to act quickly and thoughtfully to remain one step ahead of the defense systems prepared by humanity. Compared to the original, visuals have been visibly enhanced, adding features like coverage of people fighting the outbreak or scans of human body that show mutations caused by the virus. The game features also multiplayer options, where we try to develop a pandemic in cooperation with other players, or compete to see who will destroy the human population first.

A remastered edition of the popular survival horror first-person shooter, Metro 2033, developed primarily with the 8th-generation consoles in mind. The action takes place in the grim universe created by Dmitry Glukhovsky, adapted by 4A Games for the purposes of the game. The story of the Metro series revolves around a youngster named Artem and presents a post-apocalyptic vision of the world in which the humanity fights for survival after a nuclear apocalypse. Life goes on in the tunnels of the Moscow subway, as it continues to shelter the survivors from dangerous mutants. If not for the fact, that the mutant attacks become increasingly frequent. The player is sent to the central point of the subway system, called Polis, to warn its inhabitants about the emerging danger and ask for help in fighting it. The remastered edition is nearly identical to the original, and the changes it introduces involve mainly improved visuals. Moreover, the developers implemented two new game modes: Survival and Spartan.

An extensive turn-based strategy game that came out as the fifth installment in the Civilization series, a popular franchise created by Sid Meier. Sid Meier's Civilization V was developed by Firaxis Games Studios supported by the publishing company Take Two Interactive. In accordance with the tradition of the series, player becomes the leader of a selected nation and leads it throughout a period of several thousand years. Gameplay mechanics underwent no major changes, and the new solutions (such as implementation of neutral city-states, hexagonal map grid, and the limit of one unit per field) are mostly results of evolution of previously employed ideas. Some visible changes were made to the visuals, which are now powered by a brand new graphic engine.

A standalone expansion to the excellent soldier simulator. The action of the game takes place three years after the clash in Chernarus, and transports the player to the fictional region of Takistan. The task ahead is a simple one – defeat the local leader, who has a sizable army at his disposal. The vanilla production has been expanded with several new weapons and gadgets, including the AH-6X unmanned reconnaissance helicopter. The developers have also enhanced the capabilities of the mission editor.
