Because Youngho is unarmed, in order to survive, he has to avoid contact with enemies, hide from them, or run when it is necessary. Exploring the school buildings in search for an exit constitutes the core element of the experience. On his way, the protagonist gathers useful items, such as a flashlight, maps or notes. Hearthstone: Knights of the Frozen Throne is the sixth expansion for the free-to-play card game Hearthstone. It was developed by Blizzard Entertainment and can be bought through the game’s store for either real or in-game currency. This expansion focuses on Lich King’s army and his kingdom of Northrend. Just like the Whispers of the Old Gods DLC, Knights of the Frozen Throne tells an alternate version of the well-known events. This time we will see what would have happened if the greatest heroes of Azeroth (Jauna Proudmoore, Rexxar, and others) became Death Knights, the undead servants of the Lich King. Knights of the Frozen Throne continues Blizzard’s policy of not releasing small Adventure DLCs and focusing on bigger ones. We get a set of 135 cards inspired by the Lich King’s army and the theme of death, including nine cards of a completely new type – Hero Cards. After using them, our hero changes into a Death Knight, gets a new portrait, war cry, ability, and a few points of armor which allows us to change our play style. We can test the new cards in PvP matches or in the single player campaign, during which we will be able to face the Lich King himself. The expansion also introduces a new battlefield and card backs.

Slayaway Camp is an unusual turn-based logic game developed by an independent studio called Blue Wizard Digital. When working on their game, the developers have drawn their inspirations from the 1980s horror movies and at the same decided to mock their cheesy themes. The player assumes the role of a psychopathic murderer tasked with killing the teenagers who relax on their summer holidays. The maps are relatively small and composed of square fields. The characters can move only in straight lines and stop only if they encounter an obstacle. With these limitations in mind, the player has to reach their destination, avoid traps and other threats, and lead their victims and police officers to the deadly traps. With time, one can unlock more playable characters and gadgets used in the game. The game features a humorous style, in which all the characters and locations look as if they were built from large bricks, while the murders themselves are more funny than terrifying.

A cooperation-based action game set in a post-apocalyptic steampunk world. The players assume the roles of crew members aboard combat airships and fight for survival during air battles. The creators of the game, the American studio Muse Games, had planned to release Alliance as a DLC expansion for their previous game - Guns of Icarus: Online. Over time however, Alliance became a full-fledged game which adds to the concept of its PvP-focused predecessor through implementing PvE contents, including cooperation-based missions and seasonal faction wars. In the co-op missions, the players assemble into 4-member crews comprising representatives of 3 classes: the Pilot, the Gunner, and the Engineer; then they complete various objectives and battle the AI-controlled airships of the enemy. Completing a mission affects the power of the faction the crew represents. One's faction fights other parties for domination over the world. On the world map, the factions fight seasonal wars - those are divided into two stages: the struggle for control over resources, and the actual wars fought by factions linked together into alliances by the developers. Great events and special achievements of particular players can become part of the game's story, which is being written by the creators.

A turn-based strategy game set in ancient Greece. You play as a leader of a tribe, who has to turn the village they founded into a prosperous city-state. The gameplay spans 4000 years (from 3000 BC to 1000 AD), during which you participate in over 100 historical events, such as the Persian invasion or Alexander the Great's conquests. The game utilizes an isometric view, and you have to gather resources, expand your village, mostly by erecting new buildings, develop new technologies, and annexing new territories. To achieve that, you should forge alliances, which allows you to trade with others, or you can choose the way of war. The battles are automatic and you basically cannot directly influence the outcome. When you acquire a new patch of land, you can either build a new polis or start an overseas colony. An unusual RPG with crime story traits. The title was developed by White Owls – a studio founded by Hidetaka Suehiro, the creator of Deadly Premonition and D4. The player assumes the role of Naomi, a reporter who comes to Rainy Woods, the self-called “happiest place on Earth”. She is looking for a way to pay her debts. When she founds a corpse of a young woman, she decides to concentrate her efforts on revealing who the murderer is and on solving the mystery of the city, the citizens of which transform into cats when the night falls. Naomi also becomes able to transform into a cat and she decides to use this opportunity to solve the mystery. One of the attractions of the game is a direct line drawn between two parts – during the day the player is a human, they interact with other citizens, and during the night they become a cat and gain access to previously inaccessible paths. Similarly to the previously mentioned Deadly Premonition, the NPCs in The Good Life have their own day and night activities and stick to their plans. The unusual gameplay mechanics are accompanied by the graphics – two-dimensional visuals feature cartoonish, slightly angular style.

A rhythmic adventure game in which the essence of the game are battles for words. In comparison to other productions of this type, this title stands out due to the original mechanics of the game. The songs take on the role of extended dialogue trees, in which subsequent issues are arranged in successive lines. Success guarantees not only the right rhymes, but also enriching the tracks with the right emotional charge, fitting in with the weakness of a particular opponent. Behind the creation of this position are the bands NanaOn-Sha (PaRappa The Rapper) and iNiS (Gitaroo Man).

Aside from the aforementioned features, we’ve been given access to new monsters that represent the added factions, additional story quests, as well as new human clans which can be reasoned with using diplomacy.

The third installment in a series of paintball games developed by XField Paintball SAS and advertised as the official video game devoted to that popular activity. The game was created in cooperation with professional paintballers and video-gamers themselves. XField Paintball 3 gives us an opportunity to take part in multiplayer competitions based on the official rules of paintball. The game is played from the first-person view and the experience combines elements of tactical shooters and sports games together. Two teams of up to 5 players each participate in a match; the goal is to take control of the entire territory with minimal losses. Developing an adequate strategy and coordinating the team's efforts constitute the key to success here, and the latter of these lies in the captain's hands. The remaining players take the roles of the so-called Rushers, Shooters or Tacticians. XField Paintball 3 comes with relatively average-looking visuals, rather poor in detail.

Co-developed by Jam City, together with David X. Cohen and Matt Groening – the authors of the original animation, an adaptation of the popular adult cartoon series called Futurama. The player takes the role of Philip J. Fry, a pizza delivery boy from New York, who accidentally gets frozen in a cryogenic chamber and wakes up a thousand years later. The backbone of Futurama: Worlds of Tomorrow is the development of futuristic New York, which involves gathering resources, erecting buildings, and managing finances. Exploring the galaxy and its planets on the deck of a spaceship plays also an important role. Both of these feature enemies – space battles look like classic shooters, while combat on the surface of a planet is turn-based. The title stars the characters from the cartoon – you collect them and upgrade by improving their statistics and unlocking new skills.

Culdcept Revolt is a turn-based RPG developed by Omiya Soft, which uses elements of card and board games and was released as part of celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Culdcept series. The game takes us to a fantasy world where we play as a boy named Allen. He's a recruit in the Rebel Army that fights to put an end to the tyrannical rule of Count Kraniss. As we play, we take part in turn-based battles that take place on grid-covered maps. Our goal in each fight is to get as much points as possible. They are given to us for taking control over new sectors of the map. A throw of dice decides how far we can move during our turn. If we encounter an enemy while making our move, a battle begins, during which we use monster and spell cards. We learn the game's story through visual novel-like cut-scenes. Culdcept Revolt offers a local and online multiplayer for up to four players.

Trackmania 2: Lagoon is the fourth Trackmania 2 game, the most popular installment of the series created and developed by the French studio Nadeo. In terms of mechanics, the game uses the same system we know from the previous installments in the series. We race against other drivers on uncommon and crazy race tracks. Though the overall premise of the game did not change, it has a rather different climate, literally. Trackmania 2: Lagoon gives us access to sixty five tropical race tracks that are the revamped version of the archipelago that was available in 2016 Trackmania Turbo. Single player is still the fundamental game mode here, but Lagoon also offers a multiplayer mode with six different game modes available. The game comes with a level editor.
