The first of several official add-ons to the highly-original sandbox action game Don’t Starve, created by the Canadian Klei Entertainment studio. Reign of Giants introduces many novelties, beginning with completely new biomes, filled with previously unseen creatures (the eponymous Giants), and numerous collectibles that might be as helpful as dangerous. Aside from that, two new seasons have been implemented: autumn and spring, which complement a full year cycle with all of its consequences (e.g. spring rain or summer heat). There are also two new heroes among playable characters: the actress Wigfrid and Webber, a boy living in the body of a spider. The visuals remained mostly unchanged, though the world of Don’t Starve has become even bigger and more dangerous, forcing the players to face new challenges, some of which will require changing the strategies they used so far.

The action of Grave takes place in grim and slightly surreal wastelands that are desolate and relatively safe during the day. Although the game doesn’t feature traditional weapons, the protagonist is not completely defenseless — he can use various tools and items that can serve as weapons when necessary. The title is characterized by the constantly changing world which is governed by an advanced system of procedural content generation. The artificial intelligence of monsters also deserves a praise since they behave like true predators, using various senses and attacks.

While the governments try to use the Incarnates' powers to advance their own ends, the heroes place their lives on the line to fight for domination and ending the rule of “Sovereign" of the era. The fights play out in 2v2 model, on spacious arenas which represent ruined modern cities, such as London or New York. Each of the characters has their own set of abilities and a unique playstyle. The key to success is to study each character’s skill set, and look for the right opportunities to employ it.

This is the debut of Flying Carpet Games - members of the studio that formerly co-created many popular mobile games. The game offers a third-person action-adventure experience offering a story about a girl imprisoned in a castle, built using ancient technology, by an evil queen. However, the protagonist manages to cast off the invisible shackles with the help of a multipurpose robot. This is how their adventure begins; in order for the characters to regain their freedom, they will have to face the queen's guards and a massive number of interestingly designed traps. The game makes vivid references to the oldschool classic Ico (PlayStation 2), emphasizing the interactions between the two characters. The girl can reach hardly accessible areas; the robot on the other hand, shines with a sword in its metal hand, eliminating the enemies encountered and removing obstacles standing in their way.

A tactical strategy game focusing on turn-based encounters between groups of characters with incredible abilities. In order to play the game, one needs to be in possession of a special board, as well as plastic character figurines and ability cards to place on it. Prodigy was created by a studio founded by Jean Bey - a French gamemaker who specializes in traditional board games (for instance, he created Confrontation). In this fantasy world, two main factions represented by different characters are fighting each other. The player builds up their team through buying new character figurines. Characters are moved by moving the figurines, and the player takes various actions using a deck of special cards. Each character has their individual abilities - the player combines different cards together in order to activate them. Between the encounters, the player explores the world map, engages in complex conversations with NPCs, and takes quests from them. All the teams and characters have their own storylines and the players' decisions affect further developments in the story.

The gameplay, shown from the point of view of the player characters, focuses on a parkour system, which allows you to quickly more around the city and avoid obstacles. You can also use special outfits, enabling you to jump higher and safely fall from greater altitudes. Apart from performing acrobatics, which earns you points, you also have to free the imprisoned people and reclaim the confiscated consoles, which is made more difficult by numerous patrol drones.
