A sandbox game taking place in outer space, developed by debuting developer ZanMgt. Blockade Runner introduces certain elements found in the cult-classic Minecraft to an interstellar setting, and adds a number of innovative ideas of its own. We begin the adventure by building a spaceship, a procedure which involves adding functional blocks to a metal frame. The vessel is then used to explore the procedurally-generated galaxy where almost any object can be destroyed at will. The gameplay focuses on combat, resource gathering, or completing a wide range of different assignments. The players spend most of their time on board of their spaceships, yet the crew is free to engage in spacewalks to scout or engage in necessary repairs. The game contains both single player and multiplayer modes, with the multiplayer sessions being the mainstay of the title.

Game of Thrones: Seven Kingdoms is set in the same time frame as the first volume of the books and it focuses on the conflict between the houses Lannister, Baratheon and Stark, who all want to have their own man as the king’s governor. In the game the player isn’t a member of any of these houses. Instead, he belongs to one of the lesser houses and he can decide which side of the conflict he will join. The game focuses mostly on PvP mode in which the player fights other players. The combat system is very action based – reflex and a good tactical sense are required for victory. Later in the game the player also participates in giant battles and sieges of strongholds, the conquering of which provides access to resources and tax income.
