We will meet many enemies, such as the beetle or swordfish. The game has a very nice audiovisual setting. Unusual theme adds originality to the game.

For the first time in the history of the franchise, the players can take part in two-member team (the eponymous Tag Team) fights. It applies to both multiplayer, where up to four fighters can compete, and the story campaign for solo players (in this case, the opposing team is controlled by the AI).

The title was produced by Sega AM2 studio.

The story of the game is not connected to the main plot of Naruto and tells about the adventures of a young warrior named Rock Lee, who is excellent in taijutsu, while being completely untalented when it comes to ninjutsu. The events shown in the game allow you to play as both him and the titular Naruto.
