Another installment in the series of third-person perspective shooters set in a SF universe, popular among Nintendo consoles users. The title was co-developed by Nintendo and Platinum Games, an acknowledged developer from Japan, led by Shigeru Miyamoto. The plot of Star Fox Zero tells a story of four friends – Fox, Falco, Peppy, and Slippy, who have to save the Lylat system from dangerous enemies. During the game, you control the Arwing, a space craft that can not only fly, but also transform into a powerful walking machine, offering two vastly different gameplay modes. What makes Star Fox Zero different from the previous parts is the fact that it centers around employing the unique possibilities provided by Wii U and its controller. The action is seen from the third-person perspective, while the controller screen, used for aiming, features the action in first-person perspective.

Nights of Azure 2 lets us revisit the dark fantasy world, in which humanity rules only by daylight, while night belongs to demonic minions of the Night Lord. However, we won’t see any old faces from first game, as the second game focuses on completely new characters. Players take role of Ashule, a warrior who dies while trying to defend her friend Liliana from a powerful demon and is reborn as half-demonic being. Her main objective is to find and rescue Liliana. Similarly to its predecessor, Nights of Azure 2 is a typical hack and slash with an arcade battle system and TPP view. As she gets more experience, Ashule will unlock more skills and get more powerful in the process. She can also be helped by female companions, and the more often she does that, the stronger bond she creates with them. This in turn lets her learn new powers or unlock news quests.
