How to unlock: Complete the final main mission, Showdown.
Oppressor
How to unlock: There are two ways to acquire the Oppressor. You'll unlock it automatically by fully completing the Planet Saints venture. You can get it earlier though by stealing it from the desert - you'll find one in the northern part of Rojas Desert South, near the scattered drug pallets.
