Saints Row 2022: Shootin' the Sh*t - walkthrough

Eli from Saints Row is an ally you can help during the Shootin' the Sh*t story mission. Our guide offers a walkthrough of what to do in the shooting range, how to kill Marshall mercenaries and how to lose notoriety while being chased by them.

Quest rewards

1. XP and cash;
2. better assault rifle for Eli - your companion will do better in battles (it is worth calling him through the phone more often).

Meet up with Eli

The questgiver for this mission is Eli and you must meet him in the Badlands South. You can get there with any vehicle.

Listen to the conversation with Eli - the ally will want to learn something about gun handling by watching you at the shooting range.

Use the shooting range

Choose a weapon with good accuracy, stand by the barrier and press the interaction button. Each time, you must hit at least 1 flying barrel. You have to finish several rounds separated by short conversations.

Missing all shots of a given series will cause the mission to fail and return to the last checkpoint. If you have lost, try using a different weapon.

Defeat Marshall

Enemy Marshall mercenaries will appear in the area. If you have missiles for the rocket launcher, use them to destroy the enemy vehicles.

During the fights, rely on dodges and takedowns, and heal Eli if he gets knocked down.

Escape Marshall notoriety

After some time, you will be instructed to get into the car that Eli used to get to the shooting range.

Start a 2-star pursuit. It should not be particularly difficult. Perform sideswipes on enemy vehicles that are next to you. Don't drive too slowly and avoid small roadblocks on the way. Continue driving until the pursuit is lost and the notoriety stars are cleared.
