Kata is Yasuke's equivalent of Naoe's meditation spots. In this side activity, your task will be to rhythmically press button combinations while performing weapon movements under the watchful eye of an experienced warrior. On this guide page, you will learn where to find each of the masters scattered around the map.

What are Kata?

  1. Kata are special places where you'll find experienced masters who use a specific type of weapon.
  2. If you approach them as Yasuke, you will initiate a side activity where you will have to press correct button combinations at specific moments.
  3. To pass a section, you must flawlessly reproduce the displayed combination. If you don't succeed, you can simply try again until you do.
  4. For completing the entire task, you will receive from 250 to 750 EXP and a Knowledge Point.
