AC Shadows: Is there auto pickup?

Many games feature the Auto Pickup option, which means that your character will automatically collect items that are dropped by defeated enemies, destroyed barrels etc. On this guide page, you will learn whether this option is present in Assassin's Creed Shadows.

Can autoloot be turned on?

The bad news is that there is no such thing as autoloot in Assassin's Creed Shadow. All items dropped from the bodies of fallen enemies, have to be picked up manually, i.e. you need to approach the body and press the interaction button to collect all the items. There is no option to make someone else handle this, as it's sometimes the case in other games.

Fortunately, there are no lifting or body searching animations here to acquire these items, so it will be done fairly quickly. To easily locate the body that can be looted, look for colored outlines.
