10. Dying Light 2 - zombie parkour

Hitting the streets with a machete in hand. Sounds like a typical Saturday evening in Liverpool.

For some time now,Dying Light 2 has been a big unknown that we would very much like to believe in, but so far our hopes are mostly wishful thinking. Take note that the game appeared also in previous edition of this list. That's right - we anticipated Techland's game in 2020 as well. The problem is that the game is so busy getting released that it somehow still it cannot be delivered. That is why we quietly hope that the devs will manage to release it, let's say, before next December. Because we would really like to play it.

What some of you may not know is that Dying Light was quite a good game and an important production for the Polish gamedev. And it is not only t6 years ago, because even today it is placed next to the best known local games, such as The Witcher or This War of Mine. The Poles not only created a high-budget gem, which successfully rode the zombie wave, but also embellished it with a dynamic melee combat system and equally dynamic rooftop parkour mechanic.

And although we are all aware of the development hell experienced by Dying Light 2, we believe that the formula that has already proven itself will not be spoiled just like that. Because if we are thrown into this urban post-apocalyptic jungle again, where we will be able to run at the speed of light, looking for the materials or resources needed for a given moment, we will be drawn into this action endlessly. Just please, Techland, give us the chance.
