The expansion offers 25 new enemy types, a set of additional pieces of equipment, as well as both new abilities and spells. What's more, Prophecy of Ro introduces artifacts to the game - items that give the upper hand in combat to the character who carries them, but offer an opportunity to create different traps as well. The expansion pack utilizes the same technology that powers the core EverQuest, though the creators have also managed to implement a set of new mechanics.
