A simulator of a gold seeker. Developed by the Polish studio Code Horizon, the game gives the player an opportunity to travel to the cold regions of Alaska in order to excavate lodes of shining gold. The player supplies their equipment with fuel and electricity, carries loads of soil using an excavator or a loader, cleans the material with a sifter and other devices, and ultimately picks lumps of gold with tweezers. The metal gathered is then taken to a blacksmith that can turn it into gold bars. The funds gathered are spent on upgrading one's machinery, as well as buying fuel and spare parts for the machines we own. The in-game seasonal cycle and the subsequent bad weather conditions may damage the player's equipment and sometimes even render them unable to continue excavation. A day and night cycle was also implemented - the player is capable of conducting work at night, but the necessary machines providing light use up precious fuel then, which also has to be taken into consideration. The game offers a complex tutorial for beginners, apart from the main Free Mode, which is an open-world component. In this latter variant, the player is free to develop their career, explore the game world, and discover its mysterious stories.

Second, the player has to set up and develop their porn business - the player produces porn films and extends their studio. In the last part, global expansion begins and the player develops a chain of sex-shops and sends a 24/7 TV broadcast. A model called Lula is the player's main business partner, but one can also hire other actresses and actors. One of the player's tasks is to shoot porn films, which requires them to select appropriate stars and create scenarios. Lula: The Sexy Empire offers two-dimensional graphics, resembling comic books in terms of the visuals. The game features significant erotic content.

System Shock 2 brings a continuation to a an acclaimed action game featuring RPG elements, combining classic science-fiction elements with cyberpunk. The second installment was once again created by Looking Glass, this time however, supported by Irrational Games. The game is set 40 years after the events depicted in the original System Shock, when the UNN military organization tries to limit the power of great corporations, using a state-of-the-art spaceship called Von Braun to do so. The player takes on the role of a volunteer who wakes up during the vessel's first flight and finds out that the crew is dead and the ship is overrun by dangerous mutants and rebellious robots. The mechanics of the original System Shock were changed to a certain degree - elements of action, role-playing and adventure games were complemented this time by a portion of features associated with the survival horror genre. Furthermore, the character development mechanics were expanded. The player chooses one of three available classes differing in skills they offer.

During the action, we have to incapacitate the security, secure the hostages, have somebody on the lookout, and deactivate various types of security measures. The team members can share their ammunition and first-aid kits, support each other in combat, increasing the chances of success of the whole action. If we lack the necessary number of players, AI assumes the roles of the missing gang members. The character development system is also present: during the game, we unlock new weapons and additional useful equipment. Dynamically changing environment and enemies react to our actions bring an element of randomness into the game, making each heist different from the others.

An arcade battle system stresses out on player’s reflexes, and it is well-advised to come with proper tactic before facing enemies. Each of them has different strong and weak points, finding which is the key to success. Heroes can use a vast arsenal of giant weapons, tied to certain combat styles and tactic. Aside from single player campaign, God Eater 2: Rage Burst offers cooperation mode for three players.

As far as gameplay is concerned, the title is a classical adventure game in which we visit nearly 50 locations, interact with characters we meet and collect items vital to solving subsequent puzzles. Moreover, we participate in over a dozen mini-games that test our skills and detective sense.

You have to follow a diet and train, which will help you face ever stronger enemies, but to do that, you will need to have a well-paid job to cover the costs of, for example, exercising equipment. The game features old-school pixel visuals, which resemble video games and films from the ’80s and ‘90s.

Just as in the case of its predecessor, the core of Stronghold Legends: Steam Edition consists of three single-player campaigns, during which we step into the shoes of King Arthur, Siegfried and Vlad Dracula. In contrast to the main series, the game focuses on the typical RTS aspects, simplifying the economic and administrative elements. In addition to the classic units, magical and flying troops will also appear on the battlefield - we therefore will get to experience skirmishes with werewolves, ice giants, and even dragons and spellcasters. The Glory Points are a new resource awarded to the player upon emerging victorious in a battle. The game also features a highly competitive multiplayer mode. The developers managed to improve the overall quality of the visuals, which is primarily reflected by the greater detail of textures and improved lighting.

The eleventh installment in the most popular soccer manager game franchise, originated as Championship Manager back in 1992, and was developed continuously by the British studio Sports Interactive. Traditionally, the game lets you become a manager in one of a few hundred clubs belonging to several dozen soccer leagues from all over the world. As always, there is also an array of innovations and changes. One of the key ones is an option of getting couching licenses and training your team personally. Furthermore, the game introduces new tactical options, new player roles, and individual player shouts. Furthermore, scouts and computer AI were improved. What is noteworthy in terms of visuals, is the new UI, which brings back the side tool bar, and introduces multiple changes in match engine, new animations, more detailed stadiums and player models, as well as enhanced shading and lighting.

A two-dimensional shooter which takes place in the gangster underworld during the 20s. The game was developed by a small Belgium studio Crazy Monkey. In the title the player assumes the role of a gangster whose family terrorizes the streets. However, trouble begins when a rival mafia appears in the city. What’s worse, hordes of zombies are conquering the streets. The protagonist of the game hits the streets equipped with various weapons – from Molotov Cocktails, through machetes, pistols and rifles, to flamethrowers – in order to face the increasing threat. The gameplay of the game focuses on eliminating waves of enemies in various locations placed in open and closed areas. Bonuses hidden on the map provide additional motivation – they allow us to upgrade our weapons and unlock new game modes. The graphics of the game consists of comic book-like, hand drawn graphics and cartoonish cutscenes.

Fifteen years after the events shown in the base game, the main protagonist sets off on a mission to retrieve a package from the hands of the Templars, however, as a result of an accident, his ship crashes near the city of Port-au-Prince, where Adewale encounters his enslaved kin. He does not linger for long and decides to rescue all of them as well as to take his revenge on the white torturers. In Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – Freedom Cry the gameplay revolves around the formula developed for the sake of Edward Kenway’s adventures – the expansion offers nine elaborate missions constituting a story mini-campaign. Moreover, players can also enjoy new weapons, such as blunderbusses, bombs, and machetes.

An unconventional action game developed by the American iNKstories studio, focused on The Iranian Revolution - the events of 1979 that led to the overthrow of the dictatorial regime of Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi in Iran. 1979 Revolution is set in an open-world environment, reminiscent of subsequent installments in the Grand Theft Auto series. During the game we are given a chance to play as several independent characters, and it was the intention of the developer to present historical events from several contrasting points of view and to show moral controversy concerning the ongoing revolution. Depending on which character we control at the moment, the game features slightly different mechanics. This is due to the fact that some protagonists led by us specialize in combat, while others have to rely on negotiation skills, stealth, or even trade.

Players can choose from two factions, a dozen of vehicles, artillery units and more than 60 types of handheld weapons, which can also be modified as the game progress by adding scopes, rifle butts, barrels etc. A certain novelty is the so-called direct control mode, which allows us to play as any unit and take part in the battle from third-person perspective. As far as the technical side is considered, the game uses a modified version of engine that was used in last parts of the Men of War series.

The add-on offers a new campaign set in the Empire of Japan in times of the civil war between the Emperor’s supporters and the last shogunate. The player can side with either faction, each of which is represented by six families. At the same time, it is a conflict between the traditional Japanese samurai culture and the modern firearms-based army. Technological advancement of our faction and the available units are largely dependent on our relations with overseas superpowers. Total War: SHOGUN 2 - Fall Of The Samurai offers an expanded campaign map, railway transportation, additional units and agents, and a new kind of battle: port siege. The introduction of firearms, especially the Gatling gun, is also a great innovation. Apart from the aforementioned campaign, the expansion comes with 4 historical battles and an updated multiplayer mode.

An action RPG set in the Marvel Universe. Originally, the game was released back in 2006, but its remastered edition came out ten years later for PCs and eighth generation consoles. The plot focuses on the evil Doctor Doom, who once again tries to execute a plan of taking control over the world, this time by forming an organization of super-villains. When a help request is sent from the headquarters of a government agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., the greatest heroes arrive to remedy the situation, among them Captain America, Spider-Man, Thor, Blade, Wolverine, the Thing, and Ghost Rider. Before each level, the player gathers a team capable of completing the objective. Then, they begin to exterminate the enemies, and ending the level with a boss fight. The game offers an extensive combat system and the player makes use of various famous abilities of their chosen superheros. As the player progresses, they can upgrade the superheros' costumes in order for them to acquire different, useful combat abilities.

A sequel to a platform/puzzle action game developed by Frozenbyte. The story of the original game was set in a colorful, magical fantasy world. Trine 2 once again presents the adventures of the three characters bound together by the power of an artifact known as Trine. Amadeus, Zoya and, Pontius are brought to a fairytale land inhabited by goblins. Their task is to discover the truth behind the actions of the malicious creatures and to prevent them from achieving their goals. Similar to the original game, Trine 2 is a two-dimensional platformer. The gameplay features arcade elements (jumping, fighting, etc.) and puzzle solving. The main characters have gained new abilities and can also search for hidden treasures and bottles containing experience points. The sequel features also a new game mode, implementing cooperative online multiplayer.

A fast-paced first-person shooter developed by Polish studio People Can Fly. In Painkiller the player assumes the role of Daniel Garner, who upon dying has been assigned to stop the armies of hell led by Lucifer himself. The story told in the game is linear and the campaign is split into five chapters, each one consisting of several levels. The gameplay is based on fighting hordes of enemies – all sorts of creatures coming straight from hell as well as even more powerful bosses. Fortunately, the protagonist is far from being defenseless against those enemies – in combat he uses a vast arsenal of creative weapons, starting with classic shotguns and rocket launchers to the famous Stakegun or the so-called Shuriken-do Gun. Painkiller is characterized by high-quality graphics and realistic physics simulated by Havok 2.
