The game begins a year and a half after the events of the second game of the series. Erobonia Empire is now the biggest country on the continent. The students of Class VII have finished their education and began to lead their own lives. Rean Schwarzer, our protagonist, decided to become an instructor of the university’s special division that trains a small number of talented adepts. The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III uses the same (although slightly improved) gameplay mechanics as the other games of the series. Paranormal Activity: Lost Souls is a first-person horror adventure game. It was developed by VRWerx and based on the Paranormal Activity horror movies. We play as a person who got stuck in a haunted house, just like the characters in the movies. To survive, we will have to discover the house's secret and find out what creatures want to kill us. Gameplay in Paranormal Activity: The Lost Soul is based on the standard formula used in many other horror adventure games. During our adventures, we mostly explore the haunted house and solve simple riddles and puzzles to push the story forward. Fear is an inseparable element of the game. It can be struck into our us in many ways: by the automatically moving objects, by the disturbing sounds coming from many places, or by the classic jump scares. We will have to pay much attention to the battery supply for our flashlight. Without it, we won't be able to see anything. The game is powered by Unreal Engine 4, but its visuals are rather mediocre in terms of quality. However, the game's audio deserves to be mentioned, as it builds the suggestive and dreadful atmosphere of Paranormal Activity: The Lost Soul.

Card Thief is an original mixture of card and stealth games developed by Tinytouchtales. We play as an experienced thief who has four heists to do. The contents of particular heists is randomly generated so that we can replay them many times. During our missions we will have to hide in the shadows, put off torches, avoid being detected, and steal valuable items. Our actions, events, characters, and items are presented like in a card game. Each level is accompanied by a deck of ten cards randomly assigned from a set created by the developers. Our job is to use them to create a path for our thief that will lead him safely to our mission objective. Cards activated by the player also influence the game. They represent our equipment and skills, and we use them to change the situation during a given mission. The game also has a Light System that decides if our character should be detected, and character progression mechanics. The game's eye-pleasing 2D visuals were designed by Max Fiedler. Soundtrack was composed by Oliver Salkic.

A side-scrolling horror/adventure game. Detention is a debut project of Taiwanese studio Red Candle Games. The action of the game takes place in Taiwan during the 1960s, in the middle of martial law that lasted 37 years. We are taken to Greenwood, a high-school placed in a mountainous area. The players assume the role of two students who discover that the school became inhabited by wicked monsters known from local legends. Their mission is to survive, as well as to discover the origins of the mysterious evil. Detention is built on exploration, gathering items, and solving riddles, all performed through a classic point-and-click interface. Our protagonists are practically helpless in open combat, so their only way to deal with the danger is to hide and lay traps, and escape if need be. The two-dimensional visuals are quite interesting, as the developers were inspired by the mythology of China and Taiwan, as well as Taoist and Buddhist beliefs.

The core of the game, however, remains unchanged – in Baja: Edge of Control HD players get to participate in thrilling off-road races while driving one of the dozens of available vehicles: 4x4 cars, cross-country vehicles, racing trucks, and many more. What is worth mentioning, the vehicles have not only been modified in terms of their performance and appearance but also can now be damaged.
