A set of the Borderlands 2 and Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel! Reeditions with all of their expansions. Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is a bundle developed with the 8th-generation consoles in mind. The remastered versions, similarly to the originals, were developed by Gearbox Software. The action of the games takes us to the post-apocalyptic planet Pandora and its moon respectively. The gameplay combines elements of open-word action and role-playing games. The players have to perform a number of story and side missions, during which they explore interesting locations, fight enemies using futuristic firearms, and collect increasingly powerful battle gear. Each title offers four unique heroes of different specializations and abilities. With time, the player’s character gathers experience and, with it, new skills. Borderlands: The Handsome Collection features enhanced graphics and smoother animation. Additionally, it expands the cooperation mode for up to four players.

Your goal is to conquer new lands and turn them into bustling, productive terrains. The game offers expanded strategic gameplay, allowing you to not only construct buildings, gather resources, and expand your army, but also use diplomacy, spies, and intrigues against your allies and foes alike. In terms of visuals, unlike the previous edition, this one looks more akin to a full-fledged Total War game.

The exploration in the game is quite restricted and the gameplay focuses mostly on fighting increasingly stronger opponents. The combat system is simple but impressive: you can use gestures to attack, dodge, and parry. Between the duels, the protagonist automatically runs further and can restore their health or find useful items.

An oldschool, humorous strategy game from the creators of Knights of Pen & Paper from Behold studio. The game tells the story of a group of stuntmen, who after years-long career have decide to make their own TV series and hire the player as their manager. Gameplay focuses on the economic aspects and tactical, turn-based battles. We must hire actors, give them costumes and roles in each scene. We also manage the technical aspects of the production by buying and upgrading equipment, like microphones, camera and elements of scenography. Then we start filming episodes, which take the form of tactical battles and let us use typical movies tricks and gadgets. Chroma Squad takes a lot from low budget TV series about superheroes like Power Rangers and is filled with references to the genre.

An original mix of simulation and logic game from the British developer Spiderling, which lets players construct inventive siege weapons that will help them annihilate enemy troops and fortifications. The game puts you up against various challenges, starting with crushing ordinary civil buildings, to besieging heavily fortified strongholds defended by brave knights. In order to succeed you have to use the available parts to create a unique siege weapon able to crush your opponent’s resistance and resist enemy counter-attacks. Players’ creativeness is restrained by nothing; all it takes is a bit of imagination to go from constructing only standard medieval siege weapons, to flame throwers, tanks, simple flying machines, and anything in between. The game features full 3D graphics, and its relatively low system requirements were achieved by reducing the field of view to the nearest area.

Decimated creatures discovered that they can control human bodies and they intend to take advantage of this ability. The gameplay in Ambition of the Slimes focuses on turn-based battles that take place on a tactical map. The fights are strongly unusual due to the abilities of the slimes. The control over human warriors can work in various ways – some slimes increase the statistics of the bodies they control, other are able to teleport or take over even the strongest foes. This makes the battles very varied and frequently requiring a tactical approach.

Shiftlings sees us assume control of two quirky aliens that take part in an intergalactic reality show hosted by Zookod, a charismatic presenter. We are given over 50 levels taking place on 5 different planets. Each level is filled with various riddles that often see us employ various laws of physics. Moreover, the heroes are connected through a conduit that enables them to change their sizes from big to small and vice versa. The game is characteristic for its reality-show setting with hilarious commentary as well as colorful visuals seen from a side-scrolling perspective.

In Death Road to Canada the player's task is to travel the eponymous route from Florida to the city of Ontario in Canada and to survive the hordes of zombies attacking us along the way. In the game we control a team of up to five characters (human or animal), each of which has its own unique virtues and vices. Therefore, apart from having to search for other survivors, constantly gather supplies, and eliminate subsequent hosts of living dead, an extremely important element of the game is ensuring that our group members won't quarrel with each other. Gameplay is undoubtedly more attractive due to the fact that almost all of its elements are randomly generated, so each time we start the game a different story awaits us. The game features old-fashioned pixel graphics, reminiscent of the classic arcade hits.

A psychological horror adventure game. The developers at Zoetrope Interactive were inspired by the works of Howard Philips Lovecraft, especially the novella entitled At the Mountains of Madness. The action of Conarium takes place in the 30s, and the player find himself in Upuaut. This enigmatic name refers to a research station left by a scientific expedition to Antarctic, whose four members intended to overstep the limitations of human body and mind with the use of the eponymous mysterious device. At the core of the gameplay lies exploration of the environment, conversations with encountered non-player characters, gathering useful equipment, and solving environmental puzzles that are based either on manipulating objects or physics. The game is powered by Unreal Engine 4 which translates into advanced visual effects and detailed graphics.

There you can go skiing or snowboarding, or even take to the skies with a paraglider or a wingsuit. The gameplay is purely arcade-like, so you need to both ride fast and execute spectacular tricks. During the game you can try to beat a wide range of challenges such as time trials or stunts. Steep also places emphasis on the social aspect, thanks to which you can create your own challenges and make them available to other players. The system is complemented by online rankings, although you can forego the rivalry and simply enjoy the wintry landscapes.

Another annual installment belonging to a popular sports franchise developed by Electronic Arts and advertised with the name of the legendary American football player, trainer and commentator - John Madden. When it comes to the gameplay itself, the game makes a step forward on the line of the franchise's development, combining traditional and successful mechanics with a portion of new features, making the experience more enjoyable. In production of this installment, the creators were focused on expanding the Franchise career mode and making it better in general. In this mode, the player leads their team through subsequent seasons, taking responsibility for all the aspects related to how the team functions. Above all, it is worth mentioning that the game features new controls for the ball keeper, as well as improved AI of defensive formations. As usual, the game offers a complete set of licensed teams and detailed statistics describing particular players. Thanks to the special Madden 365 system, these statistics are updated on a regular basis during the season.

As a reward for victories, the players receive money that can be spent not only on upgrading the ships they own, but also to buy completely new vessels. In total, we can choose from 150 faithfully-recreated vessels, divided into six basic classes. Therefore, each side’s ranks are filled with destroyers, light or heavy cruisers, as well as dreadnoughts, air carriers, or even submarines. Steel Ocean includes different gameplay modes, from arcade modes in vein of MOBA games to realistic simulation modes. The key to success lies in adopting an appropriate strategy, depending on the location of the battle, environment, or weather conditions. The game is complemented by high-quality visuals, including polished ship models, changing weather conditions, and day-and-night cycle.

The fourth installment in the series of mobile survival horrors developed by AGaming+ studio. All entries in the series are connected by the eponymous mental institution. Mental Hospital IV continues the story presented in the previous game, but knowledge of the events that occurred there isn’t required. In the game the player once again assumes the role of the journalist known from Mental Hospital III who is trying to solve the riddle of the mysterious events that took place in the Saint Peter’s hospital. He goes to an equally dark place, the Saint Maria’s Orphanage, where he intends to meet with an anonymous informant. The gameplay mechanics haven’t changed greatly in comparison to previous installment of the series. The player is tasked with exploring locations and avoiding contact with enemies. The protagonist is not able to fight the enemies, when he is noticed by them he can only escape. In comparison to previous installments in the series, adventure aspects of the game were greatly improved and enriched with simple puzzles.

Both games offer significantly better visuals and new 1080p textures. The game is complemented by a remastered 5.1 sound and the option to choose between 4:3 or 16:9 aspect ration, as well as the classic or the modern control scheme.

Friendly spirits that can dissipate the darkness will aid us in our adventures. The game's main story and side quests are diversified by the many additional activities, like planting and gathering crops, fishing, brewing, cooking, or crafting. As we progress, we will gather more and more resources, finding allies whose help in the war against the darkness will be essential.

The game was inspired by Henry Ford’s idea, according to which dividing the construction process into smallest and simplest stages increases production speed and reduces production costs. In Production Line the player takes control of a motor factory that is becoming more profitable thanks to the gradual optimization of the production process. Because time is the main currency in the game, the key to success lies in a smartly designing production line, created by placing the machines so that each meter of the factory is fully used and there are no slowdowns. Lowering the costs enables the player to earn more and to invest into further upgrades. The player must also remember about his rivals who have much more investment resources and about potential emergencies, technical difficulties and random events.

The player assumes the role of an android named Jack, who serves at a space ship. When the vessel bumps into an interstellar anomaly things get messy and it is Jack who has to handle the aftermath of the accident. Because the protagonist performs under zero gravity conditions, moving around in-game locations requires the players to use their hands – the hero grabs walls and railings in order to push or pull himself in the desired direction. An important element of Lone Echo are its environmental puzzles, which have you perform actions like repairing broken ship’s modules etc. Apart from a single player campaign, the game offers team-based multiplayer, called Echo Arena. Two five-people teams need to throw a flying disc into the opponent’s goal. As a whole, Lone Echo is characterized by high-quality graphics.

A sequel to the action RPG from the Japanese studio Gust. Nights of Azure 2 lets us revisit the dark fantasy world, in which humanity rules only by daylight, while night belongs to demonic minions of the Night Lord. However, we won’t see any old faces from first game, as the second game focuses on completely new characters. Players take role of Ashule, a warrior who dies while trying to defend her friend Liliana from a powerful demon and is reborn as half-demonic being. Her main objective is to find and rescue Liliana. Similarly to its predecessor, Nights of Azure 2 is a typical hack and slash with an arcade battle system and TPP view. As she gets more experience, Ashule will unlock more skills and get more powerful in the process. She can also be helped by female companions, and the more often she does that, the stronger bond she creates with them. This in turn lets her learn new powers or unlock news quests.

The debut production of the independent studio Fiddlesick, combining elements of platformer and logic game. While playing, we assume the role of the eponymous hero whose task is to find his lost mother. The path to his goal is a bumpy one because his mother, a lady scientist who deals with color research, got lost somewhere in a monochromatic world. In the game, we traverse vast, single-colored maps, avoiding various obstacles and solving puzzles based mostly on color manipulation. The protagonist has the ability to change the background colors in a given location, thanks to which we can, for instance, neutralize traps, create platforms, interact with items, and unblock the way to previously unavailable places. Hue bases on the structure typical to the metroidvania genre — while exploring, we find blocked paths to which he can come back to after we have obtained necessary skills.

This time, we take the role of a firefighter and take part in various rescue operations where we have to put out fires and take care of the aftermath of other calamities. Action is presented from a first-person perspective. We do our job in many various locations: detached houses, mansions, public buildings, and factories. Firefighting Simulator was created in cooperation with Rosenbauer Group, one of the leading manufacturers of firefighting equipment. Thanks to that, we use the same equipment as the real firefighters, including the Rosenbauer TP3 Pumper firetruck. The game uses Unreal Engine 4 which makes its visuals truly stunning.

The players in Prominence Poker are given a wide range of visual customization options, including the ability to choose an outfit or tattoos. Individual gangs differentiate themselves from other group not only through the appearance of the players, but also through their favorite spots to play. The gameplay is based on Texas Hold’em rules, with No Limit variant, so the stakes and the number of raises during the round are not limited. Various challenges of various difficulty await the players, along with rewards received for winning. The character led by the player acquires experience and advances to next levels. Prominence Poker is a free-to-play game, and aside from the multiplayer mode, there is also a variant for single players, with opponents controlled by AI.

An anniversary edition of the cult-classic FPS, prepared in cooperation between Nerve Software and Gearbox software to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the release. The action of Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour takes place in 21st century Los Angeles. During the game, we assume the role of the iconic tough-guy, Duke, who has to face the alien invaders. When it comes to mechanics, the title doesn’t differ much from the original version of the game, but the new edition includes a new weapon, called Incinerator, and a new type of enemy, so called Firefly. The biggest addition of the new version is a brand-new episode containing eight levels and taking place on, among others, streets of London, Paris, and Amsterdam. When it comes to visuals, the title uses the source code of Duke Nukem 3D, but the developers remade the graphics in full 3D. The audio includes new tracks and additional dialogue lines for Duke.

In the game, we are taken to a slightly surreal world from Bob’s dreams, where he has to face his own fears, traversing several lands full of various obstacles. The gameplay mechanics are based mainly on exploration and solving puzzles by manipulating objects in the environment. Everything is governed by the realistic physics engine that manages the behavior of all items and the unusual controls that are characterized by significant inertia of the protagonist. Human: Fall Flat is designed not to impose any specific way of doing things but to reward creativity and the ability to think outside the box.

A first-person horror adventure game set in The Secret World’s, a popular MMO title, setting. It was developed by Funcom the studio that, apart from the aforementioned production, created Age of Conan and Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, among other things. The plot of The Park takes us to a theme park surrounded with a dense forest, which brings to mind The Secret World's Atlantic Island Park. While playing, we assume the role of a woman named Lorraine whose son, Callum, went missing during an unfortunate visit to that ghastly place. The player’s task is to naturally find the boy and solve the dark secrets of the eponymous park. Sound effects are extremely important in the gameplay, namely the protagonist’s shouts. The heroine incessantly calls her son and the changes in the timbre of her voice indicate her attitude and emotions.

Colonial Conquest is a turn-based game, with each turn representing one season of the year, built from three basic phases: building phase (only during the spring), movement phase, and attack phase. The game comprises of 130 regions that are controlled by other countries, while the players can reach their goals through land and naval warfare. The game was created mainly with multiplayer matches in mind, with up to six players taking control of a different leader.

The new expansion takes us to an excavation site in the Arctic (Fracture), one of the districts of New Bagdad (Overload), an island taken over by an epidemic (Quarantine), and a closed location in Seul, capital of South Korea (Swarm). The fourth episode of Exo Zombies continues the story of four heroes, Lennox, Lilith, Decker, and Kahn, who during the last episode managed to escape from the Atlas aircraft carrier. The group decides that Oz, a former ally turned into zombie, needs to be eliminated. The ultimate showdown will take place in Trident Retreat, an underwater survival facility. The new episode introduces new types of enemies, and a new weapon – Trident Reflected Energy Weapon.

An experimental, first-person adventure game created by Hollow Tree Games – an independent, Canadian developer. Shape of the World does not offer a plot as such; rather, it focuses on delivering a certain visual experience. The player takes on the role of a nameless traveler who introduces different changes to the world around along his way. The changes made are divided into two kinds: the passive (as the player follows the designated path) and the active. The latter requires the player to shape the surroundings, for example, by deciding how much vegetation is to grow in a particular area or giving different colors to it. The game world is dynamic, for it changes when the player roams it. Thus, places visited before can look completely different when the player goes back to revisit them. What is important however, is that the player is not forced to follow the designated path. Instead, the game rewards the player for wandering off the beaten path and thinking on their own.

A point-and-click adventure game created by WayForward Technologies - a team known mainly for DuckTales Remastered. Goosebumps: The Game was based on the license of popular books written by R.L. Stine. The player takes on the role of a kid that on their way home from school, discovers that the neighborhood has been taken over by monsters - werewolfs are lurking in the forest nearby, gnomes are running along sidewalks and scarecrows walk the streets at night. The monsters have their origins in books written by said author and the player's goal here is to stop their leader, the so-called Slappy. The gameplay formula was based on exploring various locations, gathering items, talking to other characters and solving puzzles. Goosebumps: The Game does not make any references to the film bearing the same title, the debut of which coincided with the release of the game.

The player assumes command of one of the starships; however, as a result of a mechanical failure, the vessel crashes on an uncharted planet and the protagonist, as the sole survivor, is put against impossible odds to stay alive. Gameplay-wise, Empyrion: Galactic Survival combines elements of adventure, strategy, and space simulation games, putting emphasis on survival aspects and the extensive crafting system. In the game, we arrive at various kinds of planet, where we have to face different dangers in the form of hazardous climatic conditions or hostile alien races.

The player character finds himself at a vast desert plain and his task is to survive in this hostile environment. The game focuses primarily on survival aspects and the most important thing is to ensure that the protagonist has his basic needs satisfied and protected from such hazards as hunger, thirst, fatigue, radiation, or changing weather conditions. From among other titles in the genre, Hurtworld is distinguished by a protection system that evens out the chances of beginners and seasoned players. Another noteworthy feature is the punishment system — should a character who has killed many rivals die, he loses more valuable equipment than the others.

The developers were inspired by the tale of Red Riding Hood – the player assumes the role of Molly, a girl who decides to visit her grandmother living in the city. Unfortunately, granny has fallen ill. The only medicine able to help her is the edelweiss flower, which grows high in the mountains. The protagonist embarks on a journey to find this rare plant. The adventure leads her through medieval forests, caves, and aforementioned mountaintops. Brave & Little Adventure consists of six chapters, in which the players explore charming locations while completing various tasks given by encountered neutral characters. Additionally, the key to success lies in solving various logical and environmental riddles, as well as sneaking behind certain enemies’ backs. The title is characterized by two-dimensional, colorful visuals and nice character animations. The authors’ vision is completed by a memorable, climatic soundtrack.

A refreshed version of the classic action adventure game that was released in 2005. The new version was prepared by the creators of the original title, Icepick Lodge, as a side project to a complete remake of the game. The plot of Pathologic Classic HD is same as in the original game and it focuses on a mysterious virus that spreads across a small city, causing many casualties. When the authorities decide to seek out help from outside, three different characters arrive in the city and try to solve the mystery during the next twelve days. The game is story-driven and focuses on adventure aspects. What makes it different from other games is the fact that two non-playable characters are acting parallel to achieve the same objective as the player. All three characters are frequently getting in each other’s way. In contrast to the original game, the new version features refreshed, high-resolution graphics. The developers have also fixed many of the bugs of the original game and recorded a new version of dubbed dialogue sequences.

Living on one’s own is possible, albeit tough, considering numerous dangers and enemies that we may encounter - we can join one of growth-oriented player communities, living together in real time. Our goal is survival, which means searching for resources, growing food, creating necessary items, or even constructing various buildings. Moreover, groups of players can engage in big game hunting or PvP combat.

In addition to new plot which allows the player to visit a completely new area with many dangerous challenges and previously unknown opponents, the expansion also offers a very useful set of new armors and weapons.

Our travels often require the use of a sonar, which helps in navigating dark areas, as well as ranged weapons in the form of torpedoes or even cannons. We’ve also received access to a crew management module – throughout our journeys, the individual crew members gather experience, acquiring new skills over time. For example, an experienced coxswain offers better maneuverability, while a talented cannoneer is much more accurate.

Aside from the first and the second entry, Prototype: Biohazard Bundle contains all the DLCs from Prototype 2 Radnet Edition. Each title has been remastered for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, offering much better visuals, with 1080p resolution support, upgraded texture quality and smoother gameplay. The first Prototype lets us play as Alex Mercer, who becomes mutated in the infected New York, letting him freely change the shape of his body. The powers are used mainly in his encounters with military and to pacify citizens. In the sequel, our hero is James Heller, who obtains similar powers, but his objective is to exact revenge on Alex Mercer, blaming him for the death of his family.

Moreover, the Just Dance Unlimited platform, which is a streaming service that lets us dance to the tracks it offers, debuted with the production. The game also received an updated song list; these include: Uptown Funk - Mark Ronson Ft. Bruno Mars, Born this Way - Lady Gaga, All About that Bass - Meghan Trainor, I Gotta Feeling - the Black Eyed Peas, Want to Want Me - Jason Derulo, and many other hits.
