To finish each level, we have to find a key that unlocks a portal. Many traps and enemies will try to stop us from doing so. The RPG elements allow us to spend the experience points we gained on leveling up our character.

Our tasks in 112 Operator include answering calls and helping those in need by giving instructions and sending emergency services to the place of the incident. The game takes place on three-dimensional maps of real cities, including Warsaw, Paris, Moscow and London.
