New on Steam. Triple win for strategy fans, with bonus treats for RPG lovers
This week, such games as Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition, Stronghold: Crusader - Definitive Edition, RoboCop: Rogue City - Unfinished Business, Little Fighter 2 Remastered, The Drifter, and Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream will be released on Steam.

Release of the week is Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition (July 15, 2025)
Stronghold Crusader: Definitive Edition is a refreshed version of the iconic strategy game from 2002, in which we are engaged in building fortresses during the times of the Crusades. The new incarnation of this classic will improve graphics and gameplay, as well as introduce a lot of new content.
Released two years ago, the updated edition of the first installment of the series was very well received - it has 85% positive reviews on Steam, showing a high demand for such improved versions of Stronghold.

Dawn Apart is a strategy inspired by Factorio. An interesting feature, rarely seen in this type of game, is the need to take care of settlers and the use of voxel-based graphics, which allows every element of the environment to be destroyed.

Kaizen: A Factory Story
Kaizen: A Factory Story is an automation-focused logic game, in which we deal with designing simple yet efficient production lines in Japan in the 80s.
We are mainly waiting for the game because of its developers. It was developed by the Coincidence studio, founded by veterans specialized in this genre, from the now-defunct company Zachtronics Industries. This team was known for such hits as Infinifactory, Opus Magnum, SpaceChem, TIS-100 SHENZHEN I/O, which respectively had 95%, 97%, 95%, 97%, and 95% positive reviews on Steam.

MoteMancer (early access)
MoteMancer is the third of today's releases focusing on automation. This time it will be a strategy. The creators want to stand out from similar titles by focusing on a fantasy setting, where we will build a magical factory on six elemental planes.

Warspace 2 is a space shooter with RPG elements created by the Polish studio Magic Game Art. The action will take place in a procedurally generated galaxy with an open structure. We will be able to traverse it alone or in cooperation with up to 4 people.

Becoming Saint
Becoming Saint is an intriguingly promising strategy game with roguelike elements, in which we will play as a saint living in 14th-century Italy. Our task will be to convert cities, which will require fighting battles in auto battler style.
Destiny 2: The Edge of Fate
Destiny 2 fans are counting down the hours to the release of The Edge of Fate expansion. This will kick off a new chapter in the franchise's history and offer a story-driven campaign with new gameplay mechanics and enemy types.
It's gonna be a smaller and cheaper add-on than before, because the devs now aim to release two medium-sized DLCs each year instead of one big one. So we are curious how this new formula will look like in practice.
Edens Zero
Edens Zero is an action RPG based on the license of a popular manga and its animated adaptation. The game is set in a science fiction universe and follows a group of buddies traveling between planets on their own spaceship.

Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream
Eriksholm: The Stolen Dream is an isometric stealth game set in a beautiful city inspired by 19th-century Nordic architecture.
The demo available on Steam impresses with its graphics and atmosphere, but above all, it provides a lot of fun, so we have high expectations for the full version.

Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition
For fans of old-school RPGs, the release of Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition by Obsidian Entertainment is a big deal.

Gaucho and the Grassland
Gaucho and the Grassland is an adventure-simulation game with a farming theme. We will step into the role of the titular gaucho, which is a South American cattle herder, who returns to his hometown to rebuild the ranch where he spent his childhood.

Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact
It's going to be a great week for fans of games based on popular anime. Besides the aforementioned Edens Zero, we are also awaiting the premiere of Hunter x Hunter: Nen x Impact. It's a brawl where two teams of three warriors will face off.
The project is handled by the Japanese studio Eighting, the creators of the Bloody Roar series.

Ink Reverie
Ink Reverie is a relaxing city-building game where you get to build cities in ancient China. The game will offer interesting isometric graphics modeled on historical paintings from the Tang and Song dynasty periods.
The game was developed by Rolling Cat studio, which has the warmly received Red Line (98% positive reviews on Steam) to its credit.

Madoka Magica Magia Exedra
Madoka Magica Magia Exedra will be another game based on the popular anime released this week. This time we will receive a battle RPG based on the free-to-play model, with a plot based on the ideas of Gekidan Inu Curry studio, which created the animated version.
Sector Unknown (early access)
Sector Unknown is an isometric RPG set in a science fiction universe with a turn-based combat system. We'll play as a prisoner who has to organize a rebellion in the planetary system after escaping from transport.

Bridge Constructor Studio is the seventh installment of a popular series of logic games where we build and test various types of bridges.

Bring You Home
Meanwhile, Bring You Home is an adventure-puzzle game based on an interesting concept. It's gonna look like a classic 2D platformer, but instead of controlling the character, the player will be changing parts of the map to create a safe path to the end of the level.
Dreadzone (early access)
Dreadzone will combine an FPS and a survival game. The action will take place in a quarantine zone for people infected with a virus that turns them into zombies. During the game, we will explore the world, gather resources, craft items, and fight enemies, by ourselves or in co-op mode.
Drill Core
On Thursday, Drill Core will leave early access. This is a cooperative sci-fi platform title with economic elements, where players control space miners drilling tunnels into the interiors of alien planets.
The Early Access version was warmly received - it has 84% positive reviews on Steam.

Dust Raiders
Dust Raiders is an unusual strategy game with RPG elements, created by the Polish studio Vixa Games. The action will take place in a post-apocalyptic future, and we'll be cruising through the wastelands in a vehicle, completing missions, recruiting a party, and engaging in battles from behind the wheel of our car.
Fretless: The Wrath of Riffson
Fretless: The Wrath of Riffson is a pixel art RPG with a turn-based combat system where we'll try to save the musical world. During the battles, we'll be picking riffs like cards from a deck, unleashing special crescendo attacks, and unlocking new guitars as well as upgrading the ones we already have.

He is Coming (early access)
In the last several months, Hooded Horse has become one of the most interesting publishers of PC games. The latest proposal from the company will be He is Coming. It's a unique RPG with an automatic combat system and roguelike elements, where every three days we have to defeat a different minion of the Demon King. Since we don't control the characters during the fights, it's crucial to make sure they are well-prepared for each of these encounters.

RoboCop: Rogue City - Unfinished Business
RoboCop: Rogue City - Unfinished Business is a standalone expansion to last year's excellent FPS game by Treyon studio. The title will offer a new campaign in which we will be climbing the floors of a skyscraper taken over by mercenaries.
The Drifter
The Drifter is a cool pixelated adventure game with a thriller vibe, inspired by 70s movies. It will tell the story of a man who was framed for murder and killed. He comes back to life and has to figure out who's behind the crime and if something else came back with him from the afterlife.
The demo available on Steam makes an excellent impression, so we can't wait for the full version. This could be one of the best adventures of this year.

The Karters 2: Turbo Charged (Early Access)
After nearly two months of rush, The Karters 2: Turbo Charged game will enter early access this week, which is an arcade go-kart racing game inspired by the Mario Kart series.
The Necromancer's Tale
On the other hand, The Necromancer's Tale is a turn-based RPG that lets you play as a necromancer, using animated corpses to aid you in battle. Using black magic will have a negative impact on the character's psyche; therefore, taking care to ensure that he (or she) doesn't fall into madness will play a crucial role.

Black Stigma (early access)
Black Stigma will be released in early access on Friday. This is an online FPS based on a free model with microtransactions. The game will belong to the hero shooter genre. This means there will be a wide range of characters to choose from, each with their own unique abilities.
Forgotten 23
Forgotten 23 is an action-adventure game developed single-handedly by Polish developer Lukasz S. Kowal. We'll play as an astronaut who gets stuck in a time loop 23 minutes before the disaster. We will have to use this time to find a way to survive this event.
Little Fighter 2 Remastered
Little Fighter 2 Remastered is a refreshed version of the iconic side-scrolling beat 'em up, originally released in 2000. In addition to the improved graphics, we will also see some gameplay improvements. The game will allow for solo play or in co-op.
Shadow Labyrinth
Shadow Labyrinth is a 2D platformer developed by the internal development studio of Bandai Namco Entertainment. The gameplay will focus on combat. On the expedition, we will be accompanied by the yellow PUCK ball that devours enemies. If it sounds familiar, it's no coincidence - the production is actually related to the Pac-Man series, offering a dark twist on the franchise.
