Where can I find Pot Noble Harunaga?
You can find Pot Noble Harunaga soon after you enter Hirana Estate area. Jump down the rocks and then go right - swim towards the small islands. Harunaga is inside the barrel standing on the rocks.
This merchant accepts only Treasure Carp Scales. You can get them by killing pink Carps found in various water bodies. Sometimes, these Carp Scales can also be found as loot.
