The problem we're talking about shows the image above - the game suddenly blocks access to all the sculptor idols in Ashina's Castle except one. This is not a game bug, but simply the result of poor progress in the main storyline.
The described situation occurs after the discovery of artifacts for Kuro. Ashina's Castle will be attacked. This will make it difficult to return to Kuro to transfer the obtained artifacts.
The solution to the problem of "closed" bonfires is simple, since it is enough to get to each sculptor idol again to activate it. Start with the only available idol in the Ashina Castle - the Abandoned Dungeon Entrance. Then go to the castle, believing that in addition to the already known weak guards in the castle, you will also encounter completely new powerful enemies (including new bosses and mini-bosses).
