Mobile real time strategy game from C4M Productions. Its story takes us to unique fantasy land, surely filled with magic and sentient races, but in terms of development it is far behind even medieval times, with numerous societies in form of primitive tribes’ settlements. We play as chief of one such settlement, trying to gain new terrains for our people while also fending off attacks of barbarian nation called Skulls. So we must watch over development of our village, researches of new technologies and battles against small troops of the enemy, with our armies being led by heroes with special skills who also level up throughout a game. There is also a multiplayer mode, though rather unusual one: defenders prepare battle plans that are fulfilled by artificial intelligence, while attackers play in real time trying to find flaws in opponent’s strategy.

A huge (approximately up to for 200 hours of gameplay) DLC expansion for The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth from Nicalis studio. It isn’t standalone title, requiring the base game to play. Afterbirth introduces many novelties, including a new final area with a unique boss and ending. However, it doesn’t change the game mechanics, as we once again play a roguelike arcade title, exploring randomly generated locations, discovering secrets and fighting enemies. The gameplay is diversified with additional content in the form of new character, Lilith, new monsters and bosses, as well as previously unavailable items, challenges and locations. What's more, the DLC also modified the interface and expanded the soundtrack. Lastly, players received a new game mode called Greed Mode, in which they take great risks to obtain unique rewards.

A turn-based strategy game, developed by The Headquarter – a Spanish studio known for Espana 1936. This time, the authors enable us to take part in the Thirty Years’ War, a 17th century conflict between Protestant countries of the Holy Roman Empire, supported by other European nations (e.g. Sweden, Denmark, France, Scotland, or England) and the coalition led by Catholic Habsburg dynasty. 30 Years’ War allows us to join either Protestants or Catholics, and take part in the war for domination over The Old Continent, recreating the crucial moments of the conflict. When it comes to mechanics, we are left with a complex, old-school strategy game, employing a simultaneously-executed turn system, and placing a lot of emphasis on faithful recreation of 17th century Europe and its style of conducting warfare. During the game, our mind is preoccupied not only with warfare, but also with conscripting armies and our country’s economy and diplomacy.

The Deer God is an original platform game with roguelike and RPG elements, developed by the independent studio Cinopt Studios in cooperation with Crescent Moon Games. We observe the action from a side-scrolling perspective and play as a hunter who was reborn as a deer. From now on, his most important goal is to survive in a hostile environment. He will also have to do some quests, like growing old, achieving a godlike karma balance, or finding every statuette of knowledge. The game's world is generated procedurally, making that task harder, and the fact that many dangers, like predators, traps, or hunters, await our hero does not make it any easier. Additionally, death is permanent. if our hero dies, we have to start the game all over again, unless we have an heir. If we do, we can play as him after we die. We cannot forget about karma, influenced by our deeds. We can play The Deer God alone or with a friend. In co-op, we have to try our best to survive longer than our competitor. The game inverts the premises of a typical war game, as we do not assume the role of heroic soldiers. Instead, we control a group of civilians surprised by the outbreak of war and trying to survive in a besieged city. The gameplay mechanics remain unchanged, focusing on survival and morally difficult decision-making. As the title suggests, the biggest novelty of the expanded edition is the introduction of playable children, who play an incredibly important role in the on-screen events. A game that combines shooter and hack and slash mechanics. It was created by One More Level - a Polish developer popular for Warlocks vs Shadows. The protagonist is called Zoran and he is a veteran of the Balkan Wars, who escapes from war atrocities to New York. To serve his penance, he becomes a local priest. Unfortunately, once it turns out that ruthless mobsters have become a threat to the people he serves, Zoran decides to bring justice the hard way. The action is viewed from above and the game is very dynamic. Also, it does not tolerate the player's mistakes - one hit kills the protagonist. Consequently, the player has to plan before they act; using the protagonist's special ability (the so-called Divine Focus) is also crucial for success. This ability makes the time pass only when the protagonist is in motion. Once depleted, it can be recharged by killing enemies. Sword and pistol are the protagonist's basic weapons, but more of them are waiting for the player to discover. Apart from the single-player story campaign, the game offers separate levels for the co-op mode. Among other top-down view games, God's Trigger stands out with its three-dimensional, cel-shaded graphics.

In March of Empire, we can assume the role of a king, a tsar, or a sultan, and the choice has a quite big influence on our starting parameters and the further course of the game. Moreover, Gameloft’s title is characterized by a slightly more developed plot and gameplay depth that is influenced by such factors as seasons or weather conditions. The tactical layer is also more extensive — in battles, we can apply various formations, each having its pros and cons. The game features rich social options and the possibility of forming alliances.

The player takes on the role of an ancient philosopher who's task is to lead crowds of angry Greeks to battle against mythological gods. The game is played from an isometric view and noticeably, offers pixel-art visuals. The player's goal here is to defeat twelve gods of Olympus, who are supported by various creatures having their origins in Greek myths - for instance, gorgons or cyclopes. The game takes place in eight Greek polis. In case the protagonist dies, the player assumes control of another philosopher from the crowds. The player fails only when all the leaders die in battle. Okhlos was enriched with an encyclopedia that contains large amounts of information concerning the in-game characters and creatures the player encounters.

The first story DLC for the game Batman: Arkham Knight, developed by WB Games Montreal, the creators of e.g. the first installment in the series. The story takes place before Arkham Asylum. You play as Batgirl, who, together with Robin, sets out to rescue Commissioner Gordon, kidnapped by the Joker. During the game you visit a brand new location of Seagate Amusement Park, built on an oil platform. This is where you fight Joker's mooks and face new main quests and side quests. Since Batgirl is not as strong as Batman, but possesses incredible hacking skills, the gameplay is slightly different from that in the core game. You can, however, switch between characters to use their unique abilities when necessary.

An interactive adventure horror game from visual novel genre and a third entry in Zero Escape series, created ChunSoft in cooperation with Aksys Games. It takes place in Martian research facility, ordered to survey reactions of people locked and isolated from the rest of the world. Gameplay doesn’t differ much from that of previous parts of the series and presents fans with well-known characters. Numerous puzzles are important part of the game, which we must solve quickly to maintain our heroes lives. Unlike its predecessor though, Zero Escape 3 stands out with more philosophical approach to its theme and focus on moral dilemmas. Depending on player’s actions, he or she will witness one of three alternate endings.

An arcade game filled to the brim with absurd, developed by the creators of equally crazy Pizza vs. Skeletons. The Executive combines many genres, like endless runner, platformer, music game, classic beat'em up and even economic strategy titles. We play as the titular executive of a mining corporation that was attacked by werewolves and other monsters. Our task is to stop the invasion on our company while also making sure that it will prosper. We move through locations in a manner known from platformers, overcome obstacles by performing certain gestures in a right moment, and the more precise we are, the more points we earn. When we meet enemies, the game employs fighting game mechanics. Virtual currency is then used to develop our characters by buying new special abilities. Additionally, we must look over the company like in a typical management simulation games.

Continuation of the original auto-run platformer that was the first major success of Russian independent studio Nekki. Plot of Vector 2 continues the storyline of the original and takes us back to the dreary world of the future, in which the eye of Big Brother keeps track of all actions of the people. Protagonist known from the first installment was eventually captured by security forces, but, instead of killing him, they decided to use his skills to test some new equipment in a secret research facility. In comparison with the original, game mechanics have not changed significantly and the gameplay boils down to overcoming successive levels with gradually learned parkour tricks. This time, however, individual levels are procedurally generated and each death is final. The game features also completely new locations and enemies, new types of obstacles and pitfalls, as well as a large set of additional gadgets to unlock.

A platformer game with stealth elements, inspired by hard-boiled fiction. The action of Calvino Noir takes us to the 30s of the 20th century where we assume control of a team of thieves that commit audacious robberies. Our team involves a wide range of original characters, each having their unique skills and equipment. While playing, we take on a number of robberies that we have to carefully plan before going on the mission. Since our thieves are far from killing machines, the key to success is to compose the team well so that characters of different abilities cooperate properly. We are forced to avoid guards, evade security measures, and solve various puzzles. Should we make a mistake, even the strongest thief won’t be able to handle several armed guards.

Arcade, Auto-runner, Platformers, Singleplayer, Sonic.

A mobile game and a part of one of the most popular franchises in history. The production is a blend of a platformer and a typical runner game, set in the universe of Sonic the Hedgehog. You can not only play as the main character, but also as his friends, including Tails the Fox and Knuckles. The levels, called “episodes” in-game, are endless, although you can progress to the next one after earning a certain amount of points. Every character has a special ability, which helps them overcome obstacles (e.g. Sonic can triple-jump and Knuckles is super-strong, which makes him hit harder). The game features nicely designed maps full of platforms, enemies, and obstacles, making it more difficult to break records. You can find many collectibles and fight various bosses. The characters can be upgraded (they have three statistics: speed, strength, and acrobatics) and unlocked. The game's beautiful 2.5D was inspired by classic 8-bit and 16-bit console productions. The game was withdrawn from distribution due to a too aggressive business model.

Throughout the adventure you have to beat a dozen or so unique levels filled with different kinds of danger, the greatest of which are humans. However, at the same time they serve the role of “platforms”, which you must use to reach new regions. While jumping around, hanging down from edges and doing flips, you must avoid getting spotted by any human. In order to distract them, V can use his special abilities, such as telekinesis. At the end of some levels there is a boss fight. The graphics in MonsterBag are based on a simple, though characteristic line drawings, as well as the use of bright, contrasting colors. Despite its friendly-looking world, the game is rather brutal and animations of death are surprisingly vivid.
