Thanks to this, the player can customize their army to match one's preferences or create something effective against a particular enemy; everything can be changed quickly if needed. Over time, the player gradually unlocks better components, which allows them to construct more powerful units. The game offers a story campaign, co-op missions, and a multiplayer component including several PvP modes - up to eight players can meet in a session in one of those modes.
