A continuation to a popular economic strategy developed by Blue Fang Games. Once again, the players takes on the role of a zoo manager, and the game features about thirty species of animals. Because the animals one breeds require constant supervision, it is necessary to hire adequately-trained staff - animal trainers, cleaners, security; one also needs to hire entertainers for the guests. Alongside progression, the player gains access to subsequent buildings - apart from enclosures and cages for the animals, one will be constructing mainly entertainment facilities and elements making the zoo more attractive, such as lanterns, benches or stylish bridges. Of course, executing one's plans requires gathering a sufficient amount of money; if things go wrong, the player can additionally increase the income through increasing ticket prices or reducing salaries of the staff. Zoo Tycoon 2 offers several game modes. Apart from the story campaign and free play, one can also check out the Guest Mode, which casts them in the role of a guest at the zoo, or the Keeper Mode, focusing on taking care of the animals and training them. The experience comes with high-quality visuals in full 3D.

In Tomb Raider III, the protagonist tries to find four mysterious artifacts carved from an ancient meteorite. In so doing, she visits five different locations, including a jungle in India, islands in the southern part of the Pacific Ocean, dark rooftops of London, an underground secret base known as Area 51 and the frosty Antarctica. Interestingly, the game is non-linear to a specific extent, for the player sets the order of visiting particular locations, excluding the first and one which comes the last. The next installment is based on the best mechanics of the predecessors, although several improvements were made. These include the addition of new movements, previously unavailable vehicles and weapons, as well as the increase in the number of different enemy types.

Although it has been over six years since the memorable defeat of the orcs, the invaders have not given up on their plans and now, with vengeance being their primary ambition, they have reached the borders of the human kingdoms by utilizing a giant armada of heavily armed ships. When it comes to the gameplay mechanics, the production is extremely similar to its predecessor; the player chooses one of the sides of the conflict and tries to defeat their foes by building up his base and creating a strong military. The gameplay for each of the races is remarkably similar, with distinct types of spells and spell-casters being the main difference between the factions. In contrast to the predecessor, in Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness the developers have strayed away from scenarios played out in dungeons, and have prepared numerous varied environments and terrain types.
