The famous simulator developed by Czech SCS Software allows the players to sit behind the wheel of a huge, eighteen-wheel truck. In Hard Truck: 18 Wheels of Steel the players’ task is simple: deliver the chosen cargo before the deadline and without damage. During the game, players not only have to control the truck, but also face various trouble along the way, such as severe weather, car crashes, police control or leaking fuel. Players can chose from six trucks and sixteen types of cargo, the delivery of which yields some cash. The whole thing takes place in the United States of America – the American highways, to be more precise. The developers recreated thousands of miles of roads that stretch across eleven states, through cities, mountains and deserts.

Gameplay-wise, the developers adjusted all key mechanics like economy, politics, and diplomacy to match the global scale and introduced a myriad of enhancements, including a scenario editor. The game map was expanded with 120 new provinces. The role of religion was also recreated in greater detail. The improved graphics faithfully reflect the design and uniqueness of the available nations.

Moreover, the restaurants can be furnished with over 100 objects, which allows you to decorate the place as you like. Pizza Connection 2 features 10 campaigns, in which you compete with up to 7 rival companies controlled by the AI.

Might and Magic VII: For Blood and Honor takes us to the world of Erathia, which slowly regains its balance. It quickly turns out that multiple different races cannot coexist peacefully, and the increasing tensions between humans and elves will soon become intolerable. The Necromancer guild tries to use the situation in Erathia to their wicked ends, and only the player-controlled party can thwart their plan. Apart from the main storyline, the game features 18 side quests, nearly 30 kinds of monsters, and over 500 non-player characters. The seventh installment of the saga, created on the basis of its predecessor, offers a similar visual quality level as well as comparable gameplay mechanics and character development system. The number of available classes was increased, though, and the plot became multi-threaded, thus forcing the player to make choices that have an impact on the further course of the story.

The fourth installment in a best-selling series of strategy games initiated in 1995 by New World Computing. The game is set in Jadame - a fantasy world the players can associate with Might & Magic VIII. Six factions were included here and each of those has their own towns, different units and technologies. Each of them also has a dedicated school of magic and can hire characters belonging to one race only (Strongholds are the only exception). The mechanics went through many modifications and simplifications. The creators got rid of recruitment on a weekly basis, modified the combat system, and erased the necessity to have a character within an army - the characters were turned into units that participate directly in combat sequences. This however, brought many restrictions that made the experience both more difficult and entertaining. The game engine was significantly modified as well, which influenced the size of the maps and brought improvements to the visuals. For the first time in the series, the game is played from an isometric view.

Tekken 6 offers over forty playable fighters, including nearly all of the characters from Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection and eight new ones. Each fighter has their own style based on real world martial arts and requiring the player to employ different tactics. Among the innovations, the players will find the ability to block aerial attacks and the Rage System, allowing the players to prevent their fighter from losing. Battles take place on three-dimensional arenas with destructible elements.

Syberia is the first chapter of the adventures of Kate Walker, an American lawyer hired by the company that produces automatons – mechanical toys. She is tasked with finishing the formalities related to taking over a factory located in a small city in Europe. The game begins when the protagonist arrives at the factory and learns that its owner, Anna Voralberg, is dead. In order to complete her mission, Kate must find her heir. The task pushes her to embark on the greatest adventure of her life. During the journey she will visit various climatic and mysterious places located in the Eastern Europe and she will meet many interesting people. Since it's a typical point-and-click adventure game, the gameplay consists mostly of exploring locations, solving riddles and speaking with non-playable characters. Syberia is famous for its climatic graphics with pre-rendered, hand-drawn backgrounds.

The third large DLC expansion for 2009's Dragon Age: Origins. Delivering about 60-90 minutes of gameplay, Return to Ostagar takes the player back to the keep that first appeared in the core game. One day, a great battle between humans and the Darkspawn took place in the area. This new adventure begins when the protagonist learns about the existence of a person who survived the said battle and seeks help from the Grey Wardens. Above all, the player kills subsequent monsters that have occupied the keep and the battlefield surrounding its walls. Apart from the locations included in the base game, the player visits several new, snow-covered areas. Interestingly, the player is given the second chance to recruit a Mabari war hound, which can be useful if they had missed that opportunity in the early phase of playing the core game.

A sequel to the action RPG by Activision, set in the Marvel’s superhero universe. The game was initially released in 2009 and then remastered with PC and the 8th-generation consoles in mind. The plot of Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 starts when the S.H.I.E.L.D. comes across traces of dangerous criminal activity. Mysterious creatures equipped with state-of-the-art weapons and advanced technology stand up to a team of superheroes that consists of Captain America, Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Daredevil, among others. The player’s task is to discover who is behind the entire scheme. Mechanics-wise, the production does not deviate significantly from the solutions of its predecessor. The most important novelty is the fusion system that allows two different superheroes to use one special power. The game’s plot can also develop non-linearly, depending on the choices made during dialogues.
