We participate in turn-based one-on-one fights, during which we use our own card decks with pictures of characters and enemies known from other entries in this series (such as Huser from Dragon Quest X or Camus and Martin from Dragon Quest XI) – each of the characters has their unique abilities and using them is the key to success.

The mix of card game and RPG genre created by Finnish studio Grand Cru. In Battlejack we go to the fantastic, known from the Norse mythology land of Midgard, where we have to restore balance. In order to do that, we have to defeat evil powers that control the mythical tree Yggdrasil. The gameplay is mainly about fighting. It was inspired by the casino game Blackjack. Just like in it, during the game we try to get a score of 21 points by drawing cards from the deck.

Shuffle Cats takes place in London of the 20s, though it does strand a lot from historical truth, as it takes to roofs of buildings, where the titular, bipedal cats compete playing a card game. The latter is mostly based on rummy, with the only important addition being the so called lucky plays, through usage of special skills that help us win.

The players assume the role of a captain of the Retribution, a star cruiser in service of United Nations Space Alliance. The organization suffered serious territorial loses to rebel forces. Our task is to stop the rebellion, and stop the conflict from escalating further.

The plot of Mean Streets of Gadgetzan is focused on gang wars that occur in the eponymous Gadgetzan which turned into a metropolis teeming with life thanks to rapidly-developing trade. The city’s development, apart from merchants, also brought hordes of thugs to its streets. After numerous battles between the local crime families, only the strongest three remain.

Rabbids Heroes is a tactical card game, which is a humorous response of Ubisoft to titles such as Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft or The Elder Scrolls: Legends. The main characters in Rabbids Heroes are the title rabbits, which debuted on our screens in the Rayman series, and eventually have gotten their own game, and even an animated TV show. The gameplay is focused on subsequent duels of the crazy rabbits, representing different professions, such as knight, mage, ninja, scientist, or hunter.
