The fourth major installment of the legendary strategy game series which dates back to 1995. It was created by the Los Angeles division of EA that has been developing the series for a few years now. The game continues the storyline of its predecessors and focuses on the desperate struggle between GDI and Nod to stop the spread of Tiberium which threatens the planet with absolute sterilization. There are two separate campaigns at the player’s disposal, both combining typical solutions of the series with a number of innovations introduced to the gameplay mechanics. The game lacks raw material mining and features division into classes. Instead of stationary bases, we make use of mobile ones in the form of giant walking machines, the so-called crawlers. Similarly to Red Alert 3, the campaign can be played either solo or in cooperation, while multiplayer allows up to 10 players to play together.

A real-time strategy which takes place in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. The game was released as a result of cooperation between the publisher THQ and Relic Entertainment, the studio known for Homeworld, among other games. The story of Dawn of War focuses on one of the many conflicts in the world of Warhammer. It focuses on Gabriel Angelos – the leader of Blood Ravens chapter of the Space Marines - who tries to stop an Ork invasion on his planet. Similarly as in the majority of real-time strategies, the essence of the game is leading troops during combat. Thanks to the unique setting and various futuristic weapons, the battles are spectacular and very brutal. The game lacks the typical resource gathering element, usually used for improving the base. Instead, the resource system was based on conquering and controlling key locations. The way how units look is worth mentioning – they are based on authentic figurines created by Games Workshop.

An official expansion for the second installment in The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth series. It requires the basic version of the game to work. The Rise of the Witch-King expansion takes place between the War of the Last Alliance and the journey of the Fellowship of the Ring. This time the developers decided to be more creative and the game tells about the events that J.R.R. Tolkien described rather sparsely. The story of the expansion concentrates on the Witch-king of Angmar whose objective is to conquest the kingdoms of Arnor. The player assumes the role of the titular character and he must build power of his army and participate in the great conquests for the glory of Sauron. The gameplay in The Lord of the Rings: The Battle for Middle Earth II: The Rise of the Witch-King doesn’t differ from the one used in the basic version of the game. However, the expansion offers completely new units (including Thrall Masters and Dark Dunedains) which can be used both during the story campaign and in skirmishes and multiplayer modes. Siege engines appear on the battlefield as well. In addition to that, the races from the basic version of the game received some new units and the AI behavior was greatly improved. The process of character creation has become much clearer and more intuitive.

A complex remake of the iconic game Jagged Alliance 2, developed by Coreplay. The game builds on a non-linear campaign that takes the players to a fictional country of Arulco ruled with an iron fist by Queen Deidranna, who came up with a scheme and deprived Enrico Chivaldori - the player’s employer - of his rightful crown. As one might easily guess, the player is tasked with ending this reign of terror and shooting the usurper down in flames. As in the original release, in Jagged Alliance: Back in Action, one leads to battle a team comprising diverse soldiers, each exhibiting a unique set of features and abilities that are developed through the experience they gain on the battlefields; one might also boost their performance with new weapons and armors. Arulco has been divided into 50 sectors waiting to be conquered - often, a player has to throw himself at the mercy of the natives, who can offer some help or strengthen and join the team. In comparison to the original release, Jagged Alliance: Back in Action features not only refreshed visuals, but also a number of improvements - the most prominent being the abandonment of a turn-based system in favor of real-time combat. This new system requires the players to plan the actions for multiple characters at the same time. Moreover, the players get at their disposal a wide range of commands, with which they can order their soldiers to climb, crawl, and aim at specific enemies’ body parts.

The Firefly Studios team is responsible for the production's development. Besides a number of changes and improvements introduced in its basic version, this particular expansion also features exclusive content available on Steam, including bonus maps, campaigns, a set of achievements and trading cards. Just as in the case of its predecessor, the core of Stronghold Legends: Steam Edition consists of three single-player campaigns, during which we step into the shoes of King Arthur, Siegfried and Vlad Dracula. In contrast to the main series, the game focuses on the typical RTS aspects, simplifying the economic and administrative elements. In addition to the classic units, magical and flying troops will also appear on the battlefield - we therefore will get to experience skirmishes with werewolves, ice giants, and even dragons and spellcasters. The Glory Points are a new resource awarded to the player upon emerging victorious in a battle. The game also features a highly competitive multiplayer mode. The developers managed to improve the overall quality of the visuals, which is primarily reflected by the greater detail of textures and improved lighting.

Additionally, third entry in the series features a cutscene-driven narrative. Warcraft III also has complex multiplayer, offering several modes through Battle.net network. A science-fiction turn-based strategy game that came out as a reboot of the cult series, UFO: Enemy Unknown, launched back in 1994 by Microprose. This new title was created by Firaxis Games, a studio founded by Sid Meier. The story of XCOM: Enemy Unknown does not follow any of the plotlines started by its predecessors. Instead, it tells a new story of the war between humans and an aggressive alien race. In order to protect our planet from the invaders a special organization called X-COM was created, with you as its commander throughout the game. The gameplay features two main aspects. In the strategic mode you plan your next move, complete research and develop technology, as well as manufacture gear and weapons – all this in real time. When it comes to skirmishes with the aliens, combat is turn-based. Most missions are procedurally generated, which relates to greater replayability. Battles are presented in full 3D, and the game’s engine allows for full destruction of environment.

As our business grows, we will invest the money we made in better train engines, more modern carriages, other equipment, and coal - our train's fuel.
