Dead Island 2: How to get into Stage 5 at Monarch Studios?
Stage 5 is one of the larger buildings of the Monarch Studios district in Dead Island 2. This page of the guide explains how to get to the Stage 5 movie set and when this location will be unlocked.
While exploring Monarch Studios in Dead Island 2, you may encounter a problem with the closed Stage 5. Our guide will tell you how to unlock the entrance to Stage 5 and what you can find inside the building.
Stage 5 in Monarch Studios
The buildings in Monarch Studios are numbered. The crossed-out buildings are inaccessible, but the others can be entered, including Stage 5.
Unfortunately, you can't explore Stage 5 when you first visit to Monarch Studios in the main quest Michael Anders and the Holy Grail. You'll have to save that for later.
Unlocking the entrance to Stage 5
Wait until you unlock the Boza Makes a Bang side quest. You'll get it from Hana who will contact you via the radio. In our case, the quest unlocked in a hideout in the Sterling Hotel in Ocean Avenue.
Use fast travel to return to Monarch Studios. The eastern entrance to the building should now be open.
Inside Stage 5 you'll find Bozzy who needs your help. In Stage 5 there is a large mock-up of a battlefield, and you'll have to fight zombies here several times. Detonators can help you defeat the monsters. They recharge every once in a while, and you can detonate the explosives multiple times.
There are no other secrets in Stage 5, but you can pick up some small loot and replenish your ammo supply.
