Dead Island 2: How to pass the Ninja challenge?
Ninja is one of the more difficult combat challenges from the game Dead Island 2. Our guide tells you how to easily attack and dismember 3 zombies with one shuriken throw. We show you how to get the shurikens and what are good locations to unlock the Ninja challenge.

Premises of the Ninja challenge
Ninja is one of the combat challenges. Its premise is to dismember 3 zombies with a single shuriken throw. This means that the said throwing weapon must simultaneously hit 3 different monsters in front of the hero.
Unlocking shurikens
You must first acquire shurikens - this is the first type of Curveballs to obtain in the game. You are going to find shurikens stuck in your car door just after you reach the Halperin Hotel district. This is its north-eastern corner.
Place the shurikens in one of the active slots intended for the throwing weapons.

Recommended location to pass the challenge
It's best to wait with getting the challenge until you meet the first screamer and screamer's habitats begin to appear on the map. These monsters are able to summon other zombies with their screams, so more monsters can quickly appear in a given location.
An example of a habitat to fight for the Ninja challenge is Studio 3 (Sound Stage 3) from the Monarch Studios district.

There should be at least 1 screamer inside the studio. Don't attack the creature, just let the monster's screams start drawing regular zombies to the location.
Run around the studio and wait for the moment when 3 zombies appear next to each other in front of the hero (example in the picture). Throw shurikens then.
Successful completion of the challenge is indicated by a message on the screen (above image). If the throw is unsuccessful, keep running around the room and do not attack the zombies. Wait for the renewal of shurikens to be able to make another throwing attempt.
