Story-wise, the game follows the plot started in Borderlands 2, following two characters: Fiona, a con artist, and Rhys, an employee of the Hyperion corporation equipped with cybernetic implants. The game’s goal is to remove the discrepancies within the story stemming from the mixed narrative of the two protagonists. Gameplay is rather unique, as the player’s main role is to make choices that determine how the story unfolds. In addition, the game features several elements typical of the Borderlands series, such as shooting sequences and moments to display the characters' unique skills – manipulating people and hacking.

A stealth action game about spies, set in 1990s. This title was created by Danish studio Logic Artists. The story begins in 1996 and its main plot focuses around a series of mysterious deaths of spies belonging to both Eastern and Western intelligence agencies. In order to solve the case, a special international unit called Kingsbridge Executive is created. Players become members of this elite squad and are sent to various locations, such as Vienna or NASA bunker in Washington. In every place you visit, you have to bypass the security systems and get access into a high-security compound. In terms of gameplay, Clandestine draws inspiration from such games as Dishonored and the Thief series, with special emphasis put on an asymmetric co-op mode, where one player becomes a field agent, and the other plays as a hacker trying to help his teammate successfully complete the operation.

The action of the game takes place in the distant future, in which the society model resembles the one from 1800’s Russia. After the Emperor’s sudden death, the condition of the monarchy begins to deteriorate, and some of its sectors rebel against the crown princess and separate from the union. The player assumes the role of an infamous captain, who receives the chance to regain his honor by crushing the rebellion. In terms of the gameplay mechanics, The Mandate combines typical RTS elements, such as army and colony management with the in-game story and necessity to make moral choices modeled after RPG games. During the game, one has to command their soldiers during battles, dispatch them on multiple missions, and explore the world shaped by one’s decisions. We play as a super villain who wants to become the world’s most infamous evil genius. The entire game is very humorous and has a distinctive cartoonish art style. We start as a novice evildoer with a small budget and great ambitions. The most basic element of gameplay in Evil Genius Online is expanding and upgrading our underground base. We will build new rooms, recruit and train minions, and give them missions in order to help us take over the world. Our subordinates, just like us, are not very ethical, so we will have to rely on fear and violence in order to make them obey our commands. As we play, we will also have to conduct research into new dangerous technologies. The game has an integrated community system that allow us to spy on other players and sabotage their enterprises.

An unusual platform game and the first production by Pinxelnauts, a studio which used to create visual elements for other developers. You play as a lone astronaut called Harrison, whose ship malfunctions badly. Harrison leaves the ship and has to continue his journey on his own. He has to face many dangers, such as a previously unknown civilization. Lost Orbit can be called a vertical platformer, since you move toward the top of the screen. You move mostly by using the gravitational forces of the planetoids you pass by, which makes your character shooting like a bullet in the chosen direction. Harrison can use a jetpack, although he hasn't got much fuel, which restricts its use mostly to correcting his trajectory.

Demon Core is a first-person survival action game developed by a Finnish studio Apex Games. The game takes place in a world where the oil crisis hit hard. The only effective method is the Russian engineers' invention, but they not intend to share it with the rest of the world. We play as a Russian lab scientist whose job is to survive the attacks of enemy forces bent on her files. We will have to hide from them and eliminate them with the aid of various kinds of weaponry. Surviving without any weapon will also play an important role during our adventures. Our hero can set traps, turn on mechanisms that will eliminate our opponents, and hide among the bodies and pretend to be dead.

A space sandbox from a group of developers known for the arcade racing game called Pressure. Cosmonautica allows us to become a captain of a spaceship, his objective being to build a small trading company. The player can explore the galaxy, comprised of randomly generated star systems, and search for various goods that are capable of bringing a profit. During our visits in spaceports, we can take up tasks that may end up in a fight. Management of the ship and its crew is an important aspect of the game – the vessel requires constant refuels, repairs, and modifications to stay competitive, while our crew has to be taken care of, and assigned to various tasks, all while making sure that the individual crew members want to cooperate with each other. Aside from the sandbox mode, the game contains the ability to create and take part in single scenarios. Cosmonautica is characterized by simple cartoonish visuals.

An RPG text adventure game set in a post-apocalyptic world, designed by the creators of the MISERY mod for the video game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat. The action of the game takes place on the territory of today’s Russia, now a country devastated by an ecological cataclysm that wiped most of humanity out of the face of Earth. During the game, the player gets to discover the true reasons behind the cataclysm and attempts to help in rebuilding the human civilization. In The Seed, the events are presented to players in the form of a text and it is up to the player to decide on the main protagonist’s actions - the history branches off and leads to one of over a dozen possible endings. Simultaneously, the gameplay revolves around RPG mechanics, thus the main protagonist exhibits a set of features, acquires useful pieces of gear, and interacts with other characters. Moreover, The Seed delivers some survival elements – one has to gather provisions, deal with various diseases, and avoid areas with high levels of radiation. The audiovisuals are enriched with animated sequences and sound effects.

An MMO space simulator created by a Norwegian studio Artplant. Entropy starts with the usual – the creation of our hero, and choosing the first ship which will allow us to traverse an enormous, open universe, constantly shaped by the actions of the individual players. The game offers impressive freedom in choosing your way, so there is a place for advocates of free exploration, as well as for trade enthusiasts, who, thanks to the knowledge of the basic market rules, can easily grow wealthy by trading goods. One of the most important elements of the game is combat, allowing clashes with up to 100 players at once. To increase their chances in a dogfight, each player has to develop his character, and upgrade his ship, improving its offensive and defensive capabilities.
