An old-school real-time strategy game set in a fantasy world and created by Petroglyph - an experienced team popular mainly games such as Star Wars: Empire at War, Universe at War: Earth Assault or Grey Goo. 8-bit Hordes is based on the classic RTS mechanics. The game presents a conflict between the Dark Orcs and the Lightbringers. The latter are a coalition of humans, dwarves and elves. The player gathers resources, expands their base, produces units and fights the enemy forces. The game offers a wide set of game modes, including a single-player campaign, cooperation-oriented missions and maps for the multiplayer component, which allows for both skirmishes and a classic PvP experience for up to 8 players. As far as the multiplayer is concerned, 8-bit Hordes is fully compatible with the studio's previous game named 8-bit Armies. This allows the owners of one of the games to play with those who bought the other one; the maps are shared and factions from both games are playable in this case. In terms of the art style, 8-bit Hordes offers colorful graphics based on voxels.

Quantum Replica is a cyberpunk stealth game with metroidvania elements developed by a small Colombian studio ON3D. The game is set in a distant future where people live in enormous metropolises and their lives are completely controlled by the government. Our protagonist is an exception of that rule. Not only he doesn’t remember who he actually is and what is he supposed to do, but he is also not registered, making him the most wanted person in the city. The only way to regain his memory and find his purpose is to deal with all adversities and get into the heart of the metropolis. Quantum Replica is a stealth game where action is presented from an isometric point of view. Unlike in other similar games, we do not use the game's environment to hide. Instead, we use our hero's time manipulation abilities. He can sneak unseen, move through walls, and catch enemies in ‘time bubbles’. As we progress, we gain access to more powerful abilities that come in handy when facing bosses.

One of many installments in the cult series of action games started in the 80s on arcade machines. The basic gameplay mechanics of Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 are similar to the ones offered by other titles in the series. In the game the player controls a hungry yellow ball, the titular Pac-Man, who travels through labyrinths and eats dots scattered there. Colorful ghosts are the greatest threat to the protagonist. They can be safely eaten only after player obtains a certain power-up. One of the greatest novelties introduced in Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 is the so-called chain eating, a system that provides bonuses after eating a few ghosts one after another. It requires the player to travel through the labyrinth in such way that the enemies will start following him in line. Pac-Man Championship Edition 2 offers many game modes. Among them there is Score Attack in which the player must obtain a specific number of points within a time limit; other modes are Time Attack and Adventure Mode. In contrast to the previous installment, the game features three-dimensional graphics.

An original first-person action game and the debut project of Atomic Jelly. Project Remedium takes place inside a human, where, during a routine medical treatment, some serious health problems were detected. To rescue the patient, medical nanobots are used, and the player controls one of them. Gameplay-wise, Project Remedium combines elements of action adventure game and classical first-person shooter. Our main task is to cure six key organs by eliminating foreign bodies and mutated cells. To do so, we traverse the cardiovascular system, nerve connections, and various organs. To eliminate threats, we use an energy gun and a medicine atomizer, both of which can be upgraded. Another useful gadget is a grappling hook that makes it easier to reach places that are difficult to access. While playing, we can count on other nanobots’ help. The locations we visit are far from realism and often resemble the surface of an uncharted planet.

On one hand, the game tells a story of the brave warrior Pankapu - as told by a father reading this story to his child, Jaha'rell. The actual gameplay is rooted in that story, for the player assumes the role of said warrior, who was created by the god of dreams in order to eradicate the nightmares invading this world. On the other hand, the player gets acquainted with a dark story of Jaha'rell, though in this case, the player does not have any direct influence on the course of events. In terms of the mechanics, the game is a classic action-platformer, requiring the player to explore subsequent locations, avoid various traps and fight nightmares. The protagonist's main weapon is a sword, but Pankapu can also transform, gaining access to unique attacks.

The story of the game is set in between the 6th and 7th episode of the Star Wars saga. The protagonist is a Padawan of Luke Skywalker, whose task is to help Luke in restoring the Jedi Order. Trials of Tatooine can't really be called a full-fledged action game - it was developed simply to exhibit the capabilities of VR sets. The player's goals in the game are simple; it can be repairing the Millenium Falcon, or deflecting projectiles with a Lightsaber. Apart from action sequences, the game also shows some old and well-known characters such as R2D2, 3CPO, or Boba Fett.

Crush Online is an MMO developed by Korean studio JoyImpact. The game is focused on dynamic PvP duels, evoking games such as League of Legends or Dota 2. Crush Online is set in a fantastic world of Gaia, inhabited by three factions fighting for influence. At the beginning of the game, players choose one of these and create their avatar, which will then be developed throughout the game. The recipe of the duels is similar to most popular MOBA games; some NPCs help the player during battles as they divert enemies from attacking player’s defense towers. A curious addition to the gameplay is the fact that the gameworld exists permanently, in the sense that – contrary to other games – it constantly changes even after a match ends. As in any respectable MMO, here we can join guilds, forge alliances and take part in battles for control over a given territory. The award for this are different kinds of loot and powerful character upgrades.

Strategy, 2D, Internet, Multiplayer, Splitscreen, RTS, Singleplayer, Isometric View.
An arcade real-time strategy game by Pocketwatch Games, featuring old-school pixel art visuals. The action of Tooth and Tail takes place during an animal revolution, modeled to the conflicts of the turn of 19th and 20th century, where several factions comprised of different animal species fight to the death. Gameplay mechanics resemble classic RTS productions—their foundations lay in resource gathering, base building, and tactical combat. In the game, however, we can not issue direct orders to individual units. Instead, we assume control of their commander, who moves throughout the battlefield with a banner in his hand. His task is to designate places in which buildings will be built and show his subordinates their targets. Since we control just one character, the controls of Tooth and Tail resemble a typical action game rather than strategy, and most processes were adequately automated so that the player can focus on pure fun.

The action is set in a fantasy world in which you play as the titular hero – a young scribe Haimrik. You mission is to face an evil king and his Word Warriors. The protagonist, however, is not helpless and alone – accompanied by Masamba, a constantly-hungry lioness, he commands the Power of the Words, his basic weapon. Gameplay consists of exploring locations and jumping on platforms. Solving puzzles and fighting enemies play the key roles in the title – both aspects require stepping on the right stones with words carved in them. For example, a stone with “water” written on it, neutralizes a fire trap, while closed doors are opened by a stone with the word “key”. The title features loads of black humor and unusual, monochromatic visuals with the sepia effect.
